Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. Our mission on the Developer Platform team is to help game studios succeed by creating meaningful experiences for players. As a B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) team, we serve two key audiences. For game studios, we build smart integrations and intuitive tools that make it easy for developers and community managers to connect with players and bring the best of Discord into their games. For players, we enhance on-platform experiences that deepen their connection to the games they love and make it easier to build lasting friendships through play, which ties directly to Discord's mission of helping people find belonging. You'll focus on the player-facing side of that equation: the experiences players have on Discord and in-game as a result of studio integrations. For example, you might design in-game ways to invite Discord friends to play, mobile-friendly ways to see what friends are playing right now, or new ways to bring game moments and achievements onto Discord to spark social connection. Your work will span surfaces like in-game overlays, the Discord client, and Discord mobile, wherever players discover games, make new friends, and play together. As a product designer, you'll work across the full product development cycle, from early exploration through launch and iteration. In a given week, you might be prototyping an in-game invite flow, playtesting a mobile surface with your engineering partners, and walking the squad through your design rationale in a review. You'll bring a thoughtful mix of user empathy, systems thinking, and visual craft to solve meaningful problems for developers and players alike. If you're energized by complex challenges, passionate about games and community, and excited to help shape how studios partner with Discord, we'd love to hear from you. This person will report to the Sr. Product Design Manager on our Developer Platform Design team. What You'll Be Doing Embed within the Player Experience squad and partner with a staff designer, engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design the player-facing side of studio integrations, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration. Design player-facing features like friend invites, game presence, and shareable game moments, accounting for how developers configure and integrate them so the experience holds up across every game and platform. Mix your visual, UX, and interaction design skills to solve for the constraints of both desktop and mobile surfaces, ensuring feature parity and quality. Playtest your work regularly, iterating on feedback from players, peers, and leadership to reach a polished, production-ready experience. Produce comprehensive design documentation and interactive prototypes, and keep them up to date as decisions evolve, so engineering and product partners can build with confidence. Share work early and often in critiques and team reviews, and communicate the business and user-centered rationale behind design choices in forums such as design reviews, project-team meetings, and leadership discussions. What you should have 2+ years of experience designing and shipping a web/app product for a variety of devices and platforms. Experience designing consumer-facing mobile features specifically (not just responsive web), including familiarity with mobile platform conventions and constraints (iOS/Android). An ownership mindset with a bias toward action, helping to drive projects and decisions forward. A high craft bar and attention to detail in user experience, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping, with proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools to demonstrate interaction, functionality, and flows. Ability to communicate complex problems and experiences simply, and to know when a user journey, wireframe, deck, prototype, or design specification will be most effective in doing so. Experience working within a design system, and contributing back to it. Experience designing for mature products, both against a vision and through incremental improvements. Bonus Points Experience designing mobile-first experiences. Casual or committed gamer, on mobile and PC. Staff Software Engineer, Payments Acquiring
HQI 93
Bay Area, CA, United States of America; US - CA - Bay Area - Remote Remote013h ago
Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role At Block, we strive to build the best financial products in the world. The Financial Platform Acquiring team owns the acquiring side of card payments for Square, Cash App, and Afterpay. When someone pays with a card at a Square seller, through Afterpay, or uses a card to move money in or out of Cash App, our systems make sure that payment happens correctly, every time. We take in and tokenize card data from chip, tap, digital wallets, and online checkout, route each payment, and get it authorized over our direct network connections and acquiring partners. Then we capture, clear, and settle it, in the US and internationally. Across Square and Cash App, Block processed nearly $260 billion in payment volume in 2025, and we run our own direct connections to card networks in several countries alongside our acquiring partners. When a customer taps their card at a register, our systems route the authorization and bring back the issuer's answer in under a second, around the clock, in partnership with card networks and bank partners. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Acquiring team, you will bring deep card payments experience to some of the most complex technical work on our roadmap. That work includes expanding our direct network and acquirer connections, delivering network mandates, and making it cheaper and more reliable to accept cards. You will lead one or two of these projects at a time. If you have worked deep in the card payment stack, at a payments company, a card network, or a large merchant, and want to own hard problems at Block's scale, this role is built for you. This is a hands-on role. You will build systems and tooling, debug at the message level, and turn your payments expertise into durable capabilities that other engineers can use. Much of the team built its payments depth here at Block. You will bring a view of how other companies solve the same problems, and learn our systems from a team that knows them deeply. In your first year, you will ship at least one of those projects to production, leave behind standards and tooling that make the next one easier, and share what you learned elsewhere so the whole team goes deeper. You will report to the engineering manager for Acquiring. This role works US West Coast hours, from our Bay Area or Seattle offices or remotely within the Pacific time zone. The team is mostly in US Eastern and Australian time zones, and Pacific hours overlap with US Eastern in the morning and with Melbourne in the late afternoon. You Will Bring deep card acceptance expertise to the team, reading network specifications, ISO 8583 messages, mandates, and interchange rules, and turning them into sound engineering decisions. Own the technical direction of your projects from design through production rollout, and lead the engineers working on them. Partner with our technical leads, product and finance operations partners, and stakeholders across Square, Cash App, and Afterpay to shape solutions where card-network requirements intersect with Block's acquiring platform. Stay deeply hands-on: write production code, build testing and certification tooling, analyze network messages, review designs and code, and debug issues down to the protocol and field level. Make and defend the technical calls on routing, retries, and processing cost, backed by data on authorization rates and fees. Establish shared frameworks, standards, tooling, and practices that make payments expertise durable so the team makes good payments decisions without routing every question through you. Raise the technical capability of engineers around you through design guidance, code reviews, mentorship, documentation, and clear technical judgment. Help grow the next staff engineers on the team. Build with AI agents across the engineering lifecycle, and help set the patterns for using them safely on systems that move money. Share operational ownership of critical financial systems through on-call, incident response, and continuous improvements to reliability and correctness You Have Deep card payments experience at the message level: you have built or run the integrations that talk to networks, acquirers, or processors (ISO 8583 or an acquirer's host format), not only called a payment provider's API. Acquiring or merchant-side experience is ideal, and a direct network connection is a strong plus. ISO 20022 is a plus. Experience with the hard cases in real card transactions, such as partial and incremental authorizations, reversals, tips, currency conversion, and interchange qualification. Strong hands-on software engineering experience building and operating highly reliable financial or payments systems at scale, with solid habits in design review, automated testing, and safe, observable rollouts. A track record of leading technically complex projects from design through delivery and setting technical direction for the engineers working on them. Experience creating durable technical leverage — frameworks, standards, tooling, architecture, or practices that other engineers and teams adopt. Broad understanding of how a card payment moves end to end, with depth in areas such as card data security and tokenization, routing, authorization, capture, clearing and settlement, reconciliation, interchange and processing costs, or chargebacks. Solid understanding of card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and US debit networks), and of how acquirers, processors, payment facilitators, and sponsor banks fit between sellers and the networks. Daily experience building with AI coding agents, and good judgment about when their output is right. Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for critical financial systems. We’re working to build a more inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace. Block is an equal opportunity employer evaluating all employees and job applicants without regard to identity or any legally protected class. We will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with state and local laws and “fair chance” ordinances. Own time to market and margin. Set the targets, instrument both, and improve them launch over launch. Define how Samsara prices new AI products, including agent work, MCP and API access, and products billed on the results they produce. Make unit economics visible at the point of decision , so a team can see what a product costs to serve before they set its price. Build each primitive once , so product teams ship commercial changes without reinventing metering or entitlement logic. Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and Revenue Systems to keep what you build billable, reportable, and auditable. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role: 7+ years of product management experience shipping products used by external customers. Technical depth sufficient for engineers to treat you as a peer: a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, prior experience as an engineer, or demonstrated fluency in system architecture trade-offs. Comfort with unit economics. You can reason about cost to serve, gross margin, and how a pricing model moves both. Executive-level communication and presence, comfortable presenting and defending strategy to the CEO, CFO, and customers. Based in a North American time zone. Must be able to work NA Eastern Time to work with engineers based in Europe. We do not require prior experience with pricing, billing, or revenue systems. Senior Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing
HQI 93
Bay Area, CA, United States of America; US - CA - NorCal Remote Remote01d ago
The Role Square is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to independently lead creative and content strategy for a defined growth portfolio within Demand Generation. You’ll own initiatives from audience insight and strategic planning through development, launch, experimentation, and optimization across paid and unpaid experiences. This senior individual contributor role combines marketing, creative strategy, content development, and experimentation. You’ll translate business priorities, audience insights, product messaging, and performance data into programs that drive consideration, acquisition, and conversion. Your scope will connect mid- and lower-funnel creative with corresponding landing pages and content experiences. Our creative model is increasingly self-serve and AI-enabled. You’ll identify what we should build and test, develop messaging and creative hypotheses, and choose the right approach to delivery—creating directly with self-serve tools or leading creative and technical partners. Your work may include ads, SEO-informed website content, educational resources, and interactive tools such as calculators that help sellers evaluate Square and take action. You’ll co-develop the broader DG creative and content tactical plan with the Creative & Optimization Strategy Lead and cross-functional partners, then take independent ownership of agreed portfolios and initiatives. You’ll become a subject matter expert on your audiences and acquisition journey, working across channels and influencing partners without relying on formal reporting authority. You Will Own creative and content strategy for an assigned growth portfolio, connecting business objectives, audience needs, product value propositions, and channel behavior across mid- and lower-funnel experiences. Lead initiatives from strategy through delivery and optimization . Build audience-specific and audience-agnostic messaging frameworks and hierarchies that establish what we need to communicate and how it should flex across paid and unpaid channels, funnel stages, formats, and corresponding landing pages. Identify unmet audience needs and opportunities for creative, content, and experience experimentation. Use performance data, customer research, channel trends, and business priorities to develop hypotheses and make a clear recommendation on what to build or test next. Co-develop quarterly tactical plans with the Creative & Optimization Strategy Lead and channel partners. Own the testing roadmap for your portfolio, defining hypotheses, isolated variables, success measures, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Lead net-new creative and content development from insight and concept through launch. Write strategic briefs, develop messaging and content, provide actionable feedback, and coordinate creative, agency, and technical partners. Use self-serve tools to produce and iterate directly when appropriate. Own performance reviews for your initiatives with channel and analytics partners. Use quantitative and qualitative evidence to understand what performed and why, distinguish creative signals from media delivery and audience effects, and recommend the next action. Synthesize learnings across experiments and channels, identifying patterns beyond individual test results and using them to inform future messaging, creative, audience, and channel strategies. Scale winning messages and concepts across paid social, display, native, online video, streaming/CTV, mobile, digital out-of-home, direct mail, and emerging channels. Extend relevant learnings into unpaid content, website experiences, and other seller touchpoints. Identify, prioritize, and execute landing page experiments to improve conversion, translating audience insights and creative learnings into tests of messaging, content, and page experiences. Make updates directly through self-serve tools or work with cross-functional partners to launch tests, evaluate results, and iterate. Develop and improve self-serve, AI-enabled frameworks, templates, tools, and workflows that increase creative and content quality, testing speed, and scale. Apply AI across research, ideation, briefing, development, experimentation, and analysis, evaluating output for accuracy, brand alignment, and usefulness. Connect creative and content decisions to business outcomes. Prioritize opportunities and resources based on likely impact, effort, and evidence, and communicate recommendations, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Bring structure to ambiguous, complex initiatives: define the problem, develop a point of view, align stakeholders, resolve dependencies, and drive delivery independently. Build trusted partnerships across channel marketing, creative, agencies, analytics, CRO, Web, SEO, and other teams. You Have 6+ years of relevant experience across creative strategy, performance marketing, growth marketing, integrated marketing, content strategy, advertising, or a related discipline, with demonstrated ownership of complex programs and measurable business outcomes. A marketer’s mindset with strong creative judgment and business acumen. Advanced fluency with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a demonstrated ability to use AI as an integral part of creative strategy. You regularly apply AI across research, ideation, briefing, creative development, analysis, and optimization; build repeatable workflows that improve speed, quality, and scale; and bring a critical, experimental mindset to emerging tools and capabilities. Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with experience forming hypotheses, designing or evaluating creative tests, interpreting performance data, and translating results into clear recommendations for what to test next. Experience developing messaging strategies, value propositions, creative territories, or messaging hierarchies and translating them across audiences, funnel stages, channels, and formats. Experience independently leading complex creative or content initiatives from audience insight and strategic planning through launch and iteration, including writing clear briefs, developing messaging, and guiding creative and production partners. A strong understanding of performance marketing and the relationship between creative, media, content, and the post-click experience. You can identify how messaging and experience changes may improve conversion and partner with specialists to test them. The ability to synthesize learnings across multiple experiments and channels, identify meaningful patterns, and develop a clear point of view on where the greatest opportunities lie. Strong cross-functional influence, prioritization, and communication skills. You can navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders without formal authority, make sound tradeoffs, and drive work to completion with limited direction. Preferred Experience Experience in an agency environment, particularly working across strategy, media, creative, and campaign execution. Experience developing unpaid content, SEO-informed website experiences, educational resources, or interactive decision tools such as calculators, in partnership with content, SEO, Web, or technical teams. Experience building creative testing programs or experimentation frameworks at scale. This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite. Sales Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market , shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform. About the Role You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers. This is not demos or research, but helping teams build systems they rely on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and your work directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world. What You’ll Do • Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams • Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations • Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows • Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions • Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences • Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers • Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes • This role requires 40% travel to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement What You’ll Bring • 3+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up • Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals • Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling • Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations • Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences • Take responsibility for outcomes , not just recommendations • Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go • Are excited about operating AI agents in production , not just building demos Nice to Have’s: • You’ve deployed AI agents in production , especially using LangChain, LangGraph , or similar frameworks • Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails • Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts • Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints Compensation Annual OTE range: $185,000–$315,000 USD Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. Actual compensation and offerings will vary based on role, level, and location. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role The Safety Firmware Team builds the next generation of intelligent video and AI-driven safety solutions, bringing high-performance camera systems and real-time edge computing into Samsara's fleet and industrial products. We deliver low-latency, high-quality video processing, voice powered AI Agents and advanced computer vision models at the edge, and we ship them as complete products that run from the device to the cloud. This role is for a hands-on technical leader who goes deep on firmware but is just as comfortable across the full stack: embedded systems, Go backend services, and web and mobile surfaces. You are AI-native in how you work, you move fast, and you own outcomes end-to-end. You think like a product and systems owner, you move easily across teams, and you want to shape Samsara's edge AI strategy, mentor engineers, and ship work that makes a real difference. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US and Canada. You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: The software, firmware, and hardware you build will help keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, and, most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. You want to build for scale: With over 2.3 million IoT devices deployed to customers worldwide, you'll work across new and mature technologies, from the device to the cloud, that drive innovation for the world's physical operations. You want to own the whole outcome: You take a vague customer problem all the way to a shipped, measured feature, and you don't wait for a spec or a hand-off to get there. You are a life-long learner: We have ambitious goals, and every Samsarian has a growth mindset as we work with a wide range of technologies, challenges, and customers that push us to learn on the go. You believe customers are more than a number: Samsara engineers enjoy a rare closeness to the end user. You'll join customer interviews, collaborate with customer success and product managers, and use metrics to make sure our work translates into better customer outcomes. You are a team player: Our engineering teams blend independent effort with close collaboration. Motivated by our mission, we're all racing toward our connected operations vision, and we intend to win, together. In this role, you will: Own outcomes end-to-end, from a vague customer problem to a shipped, measured feature, across the full stack: firmware, Go backend services, and web and mobile surfaces Drive technology choices, implement embedded and firmware solutions, and establish architectural patterns with a broad and lasting impact on Samsara's products, from the device to the cloud Leverage voice as the new interface, powering AI Agents as well as humans communicating. Design for the whole system: device constraints, connectivity, cloud services, and fleet-scale rollout Identify opportunities and start strategic conversations that influence the direction of our technology and engineering culture Ensure the accuracy of the AI algorithms we run at the edge, and that they operate within device constraints Build with AI agents by default, and raise the AI fluency of the engineers around you Partner closely with the Hardware team to define and build next-generation devices that support company objectives, and work just as fluently with Backend, Web, Mobile, Product, and Customer Success teams Lead teams in delivering products and capabilities that contribute to Samsara's products and revenue Solve the hardest technical problems and help products reach the market quickly, with high quality Act as a multiplier for the team, raising the impact and output of every team member Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role: 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying software, with deep expertise in embedded systems and firmware, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architecture role Deep expertise in at least one embedded domain (for example multimedia, connectivity, drivers and kernel, power, or real-time systems) Has shipped across the stack: firmware, Go backend services, and web or mobile surfaces, not just embedded Strong programming skills in C/C++, Go, Python, or similar Product and systems thinking: has shipped products, not just components; ties technical decisions to customer outcomes; and reasons about the whole system, including device constraints, connectivity, cloud, and fleet-scale rollout High agency and execution speed: owns outcomes end-to-end, from a vague customer problem to a shipped, measured feature, without waiting for a spec or hand-off Already uses AI tools in day-to-day engineering work, builds with AI agents by default, can speak concretely to what share of their code is AI-generated, and raises the AI fluency of the team around them Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects with multiple dependencies Strong communication and collaboration skills, equally credible in a kernel driver review and a backend design review, with the ability to move across teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders A track record of building systems that do more with less hardware, and comfort operating under scarce compute, data, or hardware budgets, in any industry An ideal candidate also has: Expertise in multimedia frameworks, video codecs, and camera systems Played a prominent role in shaping the engineering culture of a rapidly scaling, large, global engineering team Expertise in developing and managing software for large-scale embedded systems deployed on 1M+ devices Experience deploying CV/ML models on edge devices in real-world applications Background in another scarce-resource industry (robotics, drones, consumer electronics, automotive). Staff Product Manager, Post-Checkout Experience
HQI 93
Bay Area, CA, United States of America; US - CA - San Francisco City - Remote Remote02d ago
The Role Ordering directly from a restaurant or retail shop should be intuitive and feel dependable. Customers should know where their order is, hear about and easily follow updates, and get help quickly when something goes wrong. We’re hiring a Product Manager to own that experience at Square, across food ordering and retail ecommerce. You’ll build customer experiences and seller tools for pickup, delivery, and shipping, helping businesses earn trust and bring customers back. The problems are concrete: How do you follow an order’s progress? What should happen when a delivery runs late or an item goes missing? How do you make a refund clear, or give a seller an easy way to make things right? You’ll own the experience from the moment an order is placed through its arrival and any help needed afterward. We’re looking for someone with a strong product sense who notices where people get confused, knows when to simplify, and cares about the details that build confidence. You’ll spend time with customers and sellers, work closely with design and engineering, and turn those insights into products that customers trust and repeatedly come back to for their next purchase. You Will Own the strategy and priorities . Set the direction for Square’s post-checkout customer experience across food ordering and retail. Use customer needs and business goals to decide which problems matter most, where to invest, and what can wait. Bring the work together . At Block, engineers and people across teams also lead individual product improvements. You will connect those efforts across Square and external partners, spot gaps, resolve competing priorities, and make sure the pieces form a clear, consistent customer experience as more people prototype and ship. Design and define user experiences . Work closely with design and engineering to shape key customer journeys, from tracking an order to getting help when something goes wrong. Bring personal taste and attention to detail to the flows, interactions, and communications that build trust. Help the team scale through automation . Use AI and other tools to connect and automate repeatable work across customer research, analysis, prototyping, product development, and launch. Build reusable workflows, share what works, and give teams the context and tools to make good decisions independently. Set the quality bar and guide important decisions . Define what good looks like and evaluate product ideas and AI-generated work against real customer scenarios. Test assumptions, give specific feedback, and keep refining until the experience is useful, clear, and dependable. Decide where AI and automation improve the experience and where human judgment matters. Prototype and ship improvements yourself . Use AI tools to turn ideas into working prototypes, test them with customers, and learn quickly. Use GitHub and other developer tools to contribute changes through pull requests and work with engineers to ship improvements to production. Own the outcomes . Follow work through launch and use customer feedback and data to guide improvements. Measure whether customers feel informed, get problems resolved quickly, and choose to order again, using signals like order-status inquiries, resolution time, satisfaction, and repeat purchases. You Have 6+ years of product management experience. Consumer product judgment. You’ve shipped customer-facing products at scale that make complicated things feel simple. You can explain your decisions and what you learned from customer behavior. Hands-on building with AI. You use AI to build working prototypes, automate recurring work, and test ideas. You can use GitHub and other tools to make a change and submit a PR. You can show what you’ve built and what you learned. Taste and craft. You work closely with design and bring personal taste and a high bar for quality. You recognize generic or weak output, give specific feedback, and iterate until the experience feels thoughtful and useful. Strategy and prioritization. You’ve set product direction and turned it into clear priorities. You make thoughtful tradeoffs and can explain what deserves investment and what can wait. Customer research and analytical judgment. You use customer conversations, research, and behavioral data to guide decisions. You’re comfortable moving forward when the problem is ambiguous or the data is incomplete. Leadership across teams. You bring people together around a clear direction, resolve disagreements, and get work shipped. You give others the context to make good decisions and keep moving. Relevant experience. Experience with consumer products, ecommerce, marketplaces, or customer support is a plus, but not required. You’re curious about how businesses operate and what makes customers trust them. We’re working to build a more inclusive economy where our customers have equal access to opportunity, and we strive to live by these same values in building our workplace. Block is an equal opportunity employer evaluating all employees and job applicants without regard to identity or any legally protected class.
