Institutional Relations, Strategy and Implementation (IRSI) Assistant

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking a dedicated and reliable Institutional
Relations, Strategy and Implementation (IRSI) Assistant for a Company
in the Finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. He/She is expected to take
initiative, speak and write excellent English, be very accurate, pay
meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to work well in a
very dynamic environment. Moreover, he/she will have a pro-active,
hands-on approach and be capable of collaborating with internal and
external stakeholders.

In particular, the jobholder will be asked to perform the following
tasks:

Responsibilities:

As an IRSI Assistant, you will:

- Assist in preparing speaking points, briefing notes, and background
papers for Senior Management in support of engagements with EU
institutions, national authorities, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse EU legislative and policy developments relevant
to EIOPA’s areas of responsibility.
- Support stakeholder relations, interinstitutional cooperation, and
the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of meetings.
- Assist with the coordination of information and contribute to the
preparation of internal and external documentation.
- Support the IRSI Team with additional tasks and projects as
required.

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education, evidenced by a diploma, preferably in
Economics, European Affairs, European Studies, International
Relations, or a related field.
- At least six months of professional experience in a comparable role,
preferably gained in a multicultural or international environment.
- Previous experience within the insurance sector and/or an EU Agency
or EU Institution would be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
