Aufgabenbereiche

Your new challenge at our site in Eigeltingen:

* Deploy global, Pharma and Corporate category strategies locally, ensuring alignment while adapting to site constraints
* Ensure effective sourcing and supplier management at site level, supporting operational performance, cost control and service continuity
* Own site-specific categories not managed globally and contribute to cross-site coordination
* Independently manage site-specific purchasing categories
* Select, develop, and manage suppliers while ensuring sustainable supplier performance
* Conduct price and contract negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Support sourcing activities for CAPEX and site projects, ensuring supplier readiness and alignment with project requirements
* Ensure supply and service continuity while actively managing procurement risks
* Collaborate with international procurement and functional teams to standardize and optimize processes
* Ensure visibility of site performance and contribute to reporting towards site and Pharma Purchasing leadership

Anforderungsprofil

Your profile:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in strategic and/or indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of CAPEX procurement, services sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
* Strong cost management and negotiation capabilities
* Experience in supporting investment and change management projects
* Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
* Confident presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in an international and matrix organization environment is an advantage
* Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement)
* Willingness to take regular business trips and to be physically present at the Radolfzell location on a regular basis
