We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Business Unit Wind in the newly established Staff Department. You will be driving country-level growth strategies, and supporting operational excellence across regions. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of engaging with senior leadership and preparing strategic insights for the board.
This position can be filled anywhere in Europe with an ENERCON office.
Your Tasks
* Strategic Governance & Project Leadership: Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the Business Unit and prepare analyses and presentations for senior management and board meetings
* Market Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the development and implementation of country-specific market strategies (entry & expansion), as well as support go-to-market initiatives and business development activities
* Performance Monitoring: Track implementation progress and monitor key performance indicators to ensure measurable outcomes
* Customer & External Engagement: Participate in customer events and support the company's representation in external engagements
* Strategic Product & Market Enablement: Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends and support supply chain optimization to enhance competitiveness and cost efficiency
* Operational Excellence: Support the definition and tracking of operational milestones and KPIs and contribute to aligning regional organizational structures with market strategy to enable scalable growth
Your Qualifications
* Initial experience in market strategy, business development, or strategic projects, ideally in the energy or wind industry
* Background in business or strategy consulting is a plus
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
* Fluency in English and German; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French) are an asset
* Strong analytical and planning skills as well as the ability to prepare clear and concise presentations
* High level of teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
