We're working with a smaller, well-established civil drainage contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Auckland and are seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman / Operator to join their team on the high-profile Penlink Motorway Project.This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Drainage Foreman or an experienced Drainlayer/Drainage Operator looking to take the next step into leadership.

You'll be responsible for leading a small crew of two, managing the crew's daily output, while remaining primarily on the excavator (5T–30T), ensuring drainage works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
We are not considering applicants who are seeking VISA sponsorship.

• $40.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience

• Hours are typically 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with an optional half-day Saturday (must be willing to work at least two Saturdays per month)

What's expected of you?
Experience in public/civil drainage is essentialDrainage Foreman experience is preferred, however experienced Drainlayers looking to step up will be consideredStrong drainage excavator operating skills across machines ranging from 5T–30TAdaptable and capable of working within the unique drainage requirements of a major infrastructure projectBe willing to work on jobs based across North Shore, Silverdale, and West AucklandMust already have NZ working rights
