The successful person will play a pivotal role in the next stage of the company's growth, taking ownership of new business opportunities while also remaining closely connected to the client onboarding and transition process. Rather than simply winning business and handing it over, you will have the opportunity to build genuine, long-term partnerships and see the direct impact of your work on both clients and the business.

We are interested in speaking with commercially driven business development professionals who thrive on building relationships and creating long-term growth opportunities. While experience within body corporate management, property, facilities management or professional services would be advantageous, we are equally interested in candidates who can demonstrate a consultative sales approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of winning and retaining clients.
Successful applicants will be comfortable engaging with committee members, board representatives and property owners, presenting solutions, preparing tenders and managing complex sales processes involving multiple decision makers.
