As Guardian of the Fries, you'll be responsible for:
- Protecting the forklift fleet from unexpected breakdowns
- Hunting down faults before they become expensive problems
- Servicing and maintaining forklifts and freezer shuttles
- Keeping production moving through preventative maintenance
- Working alongside production and engineering teams to maximise reliability
- Making sure every machine under your watch is safe, efficient and ready for battle
- Experience working on forklifts, heavy machinery, diesel equipment or mobile plant
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- A preventative maintenance mindset
- The ability to stay calm when others are panicking
- A healthy obsession with reliability
- A deep and personal dislike of downtime
