Due to a period of change, this organisation is looking for a Regulatory Programme lead, responsible for ensuring that the change programme is completed in a streamlined, efficient, and sensible way, building engagement across the business, and understanding the need to keep outcomes and communication simple and clear.

Successful candidates in this role will likely come from a multidisciplinary background, knitting together experience that touches on finance, legal, operations, and human resources. This role will be responsible for ensuring that organisational changes are completed in a manner that reduces risk and friction through detailed analysis of contracts, agreements and plans. Big picture thinking, along with an appreciation for detail, and a sensible approach to problem-solving will serve candidates well, alongside an ability to clearly articulate their perspectives and desired outcomes.
