This role will see you act as the subject matter expert for SharePoint technologies, driving the management, governance, security, and future direction of content and document management platforms. Tō tūranga hou | Your new role As the SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise SharePoint environments while contributing to the long-term content management strategy. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative and secure solutions that improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities
Administer, support, and enhance SharePoint Online environments.
Design, build, and maintain SharePoint sites, intranets, and content management solutions.
Develop and enforce security and governance processes to protect critical business information.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Produce technical documentation including solution designs and as-built documentation.
Support ongoing innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting and developing SharePoint within medium to large enterprise environments.
Strong SharePoint Online administration, development, configuration, and integration experience.
Experience designing modern intranets using native and third-party SharePoint components.
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, cloud-based services, and ITSM best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience producing technical and solution documentation.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Business analysis and process mapping experience.
Project coordination or project management skills.
Relevant tertiary qualification.
