About the Role
- Lead the review of outsourced compliance work delivered through a well run internal team
- Oversee and support three staff, helping lift capability and quality
- Take on ad hoc advisory projects that free up director capacity and add client value: cashflows, dividends, forecasting and advisory work
- Direct client contact through phone, email and face to face
- 5 years + of BAS experience within a NZ public practice firm
- Ideally have your CA qualification
- Proven experience reviewing complex work - either internal or outsourced
- Experienced with Xero, XPM and Xero Workpapers
- Someone who can hold their own, enjoys responsibility and brings good energy to a team
- No timesheets - focus on outcomes not admin tracking
- Hybrid working with two days working from home with flexible hours
- 60% advisory work if that's what you're into

- 10+ years of experience in the Professional Services sector
