As Team Leader - People and Recruitment Partners, you will lead a team of People Partners, Advisors and Recruitment professionals, providing strategic and operational people and recruitment advice and support across the organisation.
Within this key Leadership role, you'll drive service delivery across people advisory and recruitment. As a trusted advisor and leader, you'll also contribute to the development and delivery of organisation-wide people strategies.
You'll help shape how our people access and experience people and recruitment support across the organisation, helping to drive an integrated service model that combines self-service, recruitment and people partnering expertise, ensuring leaders and employees receive timely, effective and customer-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle.

You are an experienced and commercially minded HR leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys leading teams. You bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational delivery and people leadership, along with the confidence to influence, coach and challenge constructively.
Key skills and experience include: * Proven experience leading and developing high-performing HR and/or recruitment teams * Extensive HR experience across employment relations, organisational change and recruitment * Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practice * Demonstrated success improving processes, driving service excellence and delivering business-focused solutions * Strong relationship-building, influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation.
