Key Responsibilities
- Analyse procurement, contract, financial, and performance data to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
- Monitor procurement activity, supplier performance, and contract outcomes.
- Manage an allocated portfolio of contracts and supplier relationships.
- Lead supplier performance reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support procurement planning, sourcing activities, and contract management processes.
- Prepare reports for leadership, governance forums, audits, and external requests.
- Leverage technology and data to improve reporting, efficiency, and procurement performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
You will bring:
- At least 3 years' experience in a Procurement Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting financial, procurement, and performance data.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience developing reports and dashboards.
- Experience working with procurement, contract management, or business information systems.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
