Tō tūranga hou | Your new roleAs Project Manager, you'll take ownership of a range of civil infrastructure and land development projects from planning through to delivery. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.This role will suit someone who enjoys being in front of clients, building strong relationships and playing an active role in winning and retaining repeat business through exceptional project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:Managing civil infrastructure and land development projects end-to-endLeading project programming, financial performance and reportingBuilding and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationshipsCoordinating site teams, subcontractors and consultantsManaging project risk, quality and health & safety requirementsDriving programme delivery while maintaining high standards of workmanshipSupporting future business opportunities through strong customer engagementNgā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
Proven Project Management experience within the NZ Civil construction market Strong background in infrastructure and land development projectsDemonstrated success delivering projects safely, on time and within budgetExcellent communication and relationship management skillsCommercially astute with strong contract and financial management capabilityNatural leadership style with the ability to engage teams and stakeholdersExperience using GPS machine control technology would be advantageous but is not essentialIdeally have civil engineering or construction qualifications but hands-on project experience is more valuableNgā hua ka whiwhi i a koe | What you'll get in return
