Senior Business Analyst

This is initially a 6-month contract, with our client seeking someone who is immediately available.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme focused on modernising business processes, finance operations, and technology platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping future ways of working across commercial, finance, and technology teams while delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Working within a fast-paced Agile environment, you will engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand current state processes, define future state operating models, and drive requirements that support complex business and technology change initiatives.

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Define and document current state and future state business processes.
• Support project scoping, impact assessments, and effort estimation activities.
• Produce high-quality business artefacts, including requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex business transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, work scoping, and estimation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, and broader finance processes.
• Experience working within corporate finance environments.
• Strong process mapping expertise, including current state and future state analysis.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively drive outcomes.
