• Coordinate alloy scheduling, scrap pre-staging, and material planning activities in partnership with Production Control and Ingot Operations.
• Oversee shipping-related processes, scrap tub quality, supplier relationships, and commercial metal procurement triggers to support operational requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that increase scrap utilization, reduce operating costs, and improve overall process efficiency.

• Onsite leadership role within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Regular interaction with hourly and salaried employees across multiple shifts.
• Frequent presence in production areas with exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Standard business schedule with flexibility required to support operational priorities and emergency situations.
• Visible safety leader who champions Alcoa's safety-first culture and expectations.
