Senior Paraplanner - (Remote)

The Senior Paraplanner is the technical engine room of our advice service. You take the output of the advice engine, the fact find data, and the rest of the case context, and you make sure that when an Advisor speaks to the customer — or when a plan is released — everything is in order, suitability is clearly evidenced, and the documentation tells a coherent story. You are the senior practitioner in the Paraplanning team, working closely with the Head of Proposition who owns the advice policy and proposition. You set the day-to-day quality bar for suitability writing, lead on the most complex cases, coaching less experienced Paraplanners, and acting as the technical bridge between the Paraplanning team, the Advisors and the engine team.
