About the Role
Your primary focus will be on the development of new accounts alongside the servicing of existing accounts specifically for General Insurance products. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive the growth of your current portfolio of clients while building trust with new and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver formal insurance programme proposals and renewals.
- Provide vital claims assistance and ensure timely turnaround of client, insurer, and management requests.
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable legislation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the mentoring and training of junior staff
You must hold a Certificate of Financial Services (Level 5).
- Previous experience within the Insurance Industry is required, preferably within a broking environment.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Exhibit a curious and analytical mindset, complemented by strong attention to detail and proven negotiation skills.
- Possess strong computer and systems skills, specifically including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- A proven ability to work as part of a team, communicate collaboratively, and meet objectives in a dynamic environment.
