Electrical Supervisor
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead teams across a range of electrical, mechanical services, and HVAC projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate crews, manage performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise electrical teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity.Coordinate daily site activities and manage subcontractor performanceOversee installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial, industrial, and HVAC systemsSupport fault-finding and troubleshooting on complex electrical and control systemsAssist Project and Contract Managers with contracts, claims, and project documentationSupport the preparation and management of monthly progress claimsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsPlan and allocate resources to meet project deadlines and delivery targets.Mentor, train, and develop team membersPromote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with Zero Harm principlesEnsure compliance with all New Zealand electrical, safety, environmental, and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
Current EWRB registration and practising licenceExperience across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or HVAC environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to health and safetyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFor Supervisor roles, proven experience leading teams and delivering successful projects
