We’re growing our Permanent Recruitment team and are looking for a true sales hunter—someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, make cold calls, and create opportunities through sheer activity and persistence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on momentum, enjoys high-volume outreach, and can balance sales with strong process discipline.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively winning new business through cold calling and client outreach
- Managing and building a high-volume pipeline of roles and candidates
- Running structured, end-to-end recruitment processes
- Building and maintaining candidate databases
- Delivering a high standard of service to both clients and candidates
What we’re looking for:
- A natural sales hunter mindset – driven, resilient, and not afraid of rejection
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised
- Solid computer literacy and ability to work across systems
- A growth mindset – open to development, feedback, and upskilling
Experience:
- Open to junior, intermediate, or senior recruiters, OR
- Strong sales experience from outside recruitment (B2B or high-volume environments preferred)
