The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting and facilitating key human resources practices, initiatives, and programs, primarily in the North American and European regions. This role is accountable for a broad range of human resources and administrative functions, providing outstanding employee engagement by interfacing and problem-solving with employees, and providing HR transactional support across the HR organization.
Your Next Challenge
• Assist the Human Resources Business Partner & Operations team with the planning and execution of practices, programs, and initiatives supporting employment practices, organizational development, employee engagement, recognition, retention, compliance, audit, immigration, work from home initiatives, and other HR practices.
• Participate in and assist with department and cross-functional project work groups.
• Build and maintain business relationships, credibility, and an understanding of internal clients and their roles, including employees, managers, and colleagues.
• Manage and maintain employee and organizational data within Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including new hires, employee changes, organizational changes, reporting, and analysis of data metrics.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires and facilitate the offboarding process.
• Review and monitor HR processes, policies, and procedures, proposing updates and enhancements where appropriate.
• Address employee inquiries regarding processes, company policies, and procedures, and direct employees to relevant company resources and tools.
• Review, update, and enhance resources across company SharePoint communication and resource sites, including Employee, Manager, and Human Resources sites.
• Facilitate and lead quarterly HR audit reviews and processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits on practice and process requests and resolutions. Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping, pay data, time off policies, and other related matters.
• Guide and educate managers, employees, and HR colleagues in the use of Workday.
• Facilitate employment verifications, respond to unemployment and workers' compensation claims, and support other compliance and regulatory requirements and processes.
• Coordinate timely interview scheduling for candidates and partner with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Consistently identify and drive process improvements within and outside the function.
• Perform other duties as required.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. We also welcome applicants with relevant early-career HR, administrative, operations or coordination experience.
• One year of experience preferred, however, not essential.
• High awareness of, and respect for, critical and confidential HR data and highly sensitive information.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust quickly to shifting priorities and timelines.
• Good judgment, with the ability to work autonomously while partnering, communicating, and collaborating effectively with global colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data management systems and reporting; Workday experience is a plus.
