About the Role
- Manage a client portfolio across different industries and entity types, acting as their main point of contact
- Handle end to end financial statements, tax returns, provisional tax and all things compliance
- Review and support a junior team member while providing coaching and guidance
- Spot opportunities, like projects or process improvements, to add value for clients
- Work closely with your Partner and team to deliver high quality outcomes
- 3 years of experience within a NZ CA firm
- CA qualified or equivilent
- Confident reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
- Tech savvy with experience using Xero and XPM
- Proactive, detail oriented and able to balance independence with teamwork
- Enjoy a true hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home two days a week
