Job Title: Adobe Workfront Administrator / Workfront System Administrator
Role Summary- The Adobe Workfront Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, configuration, governance, optimization, and support of the Workfront platform. This role partners with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to ensure Workfront effectively supports project management, resource planning, workflow automation, reporting, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities-
Platform Administration- • Manage and maintain the Adobe Workfront environment. • Configure users, teams, groups, roles, layouts, and access levels. • Manage licenses, permissions, and security settings. • Ensure system governance, data integrity, and platform best practices. Workflow & Process Configuration- • Design and maintain request queues, routing rules, and intake processes. • Configure project templates, workflows, task structures, and approvals. • Create and manage custom forms, calculated fields, and business rules. • Implement automated workflows using Workfront Fusion and native automation features.
Reporting & Analytics- • Build and maintain reports and dashboards • Monitor platform utilisation, adoption, and performance metrics. • Support resource management and capacity planning reporting. Required Skills- • Strong experience administering Adobe Workfront. • Knowledge of custom forms, reports, dashboards, templates, and request queues. • Understanding of project management and resource management principles. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- • BSC in any fields, Computer Science (Preferred) • Adobe Workfront Administrator core Developer certification.
