Class 2 Driver

We are currently looking for 2 experienced Class 2 Drivers to join a busy transport operation in Christchurch.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable drivers looking for ongoing work and the potential to secure a long term position.

The Role

• Metro deliveries around Christchurch
• Assisting with unloading product to clients
• Customer service
• Class 2 driving
• Forklift operation (if certified)
• Some physical lifting at times

What we're looking for:

• Current Class 2 license & experience
• Previous delivery or driving experience
• Comfortable driving a manual vehicle
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Forklift license preferred, but not essential

What's on offer:

• $26-$27 per hour
• Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am-4:00pm
• Generally 8-9 hour days, with hours varying
• Metro deliveries around Christchurch
• Manual truck driving
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Multiple positions available
