About the Role
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients with turnovers of up to $20M
- Deliver proactive technical advisory services, including financial forecasting, cash flow management, and practical business coaching
- Prepare and review end to end compliance work, supported by offshore and in-house capacity
- Work directly with business owners to transform complex compliance into clear, actionable growth strategies
- At least 3+ years experience within a New Zealand CA firm
- CA qualification is preferred
- Strong technical compliance foundation paired with a passion for business advisory and vCFO services
- Strong working knowledge of Xero, with a forward-thinking attitude toward modern tech and AI tools
- Outstanding communication skills with a client focused, approachable style
