Digital Prescription Processing: Review, verify, and validate prescription orders received online for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
Telephonic/WhatsApp Consultation: Counsel patients on correct medication usage, potential side effects, and storage of prescribed drugs.
Order Management: Process and dispense medicines, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely home delivery.
Database Maintenance: Update patient records, maintain accurate logs of online pharmacy transactions, and manage electronic data.
