Have you got experience in insurance claims or broking support and are looking to take the next step in your career?
We’re working with an established insurance brokerage looking for someone keen to develop their skills and build a career in domestic broking. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the insurance industry but is ready to move into a more client-facing role with greater responsibility and room to grow.
You’ll work with personal insurance clients across home, contents and motor, while developing your technical knowledge and learning how to manage client relationships. Ideally, you’ll already hold your Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services, but our client is happy to support the right person through the qualification.

- Assisting with renewals, new business and policy changes.
- Building relationships with clients and insurers.
- Developing your technical knowledge and broking skills.
- Working towards managing your own portfolio of domestic clients.
- Experience in insurance, ideally within claims or broking support.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in domestic broking.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Level 5 in Financial Services is preferred, but our client will support the right candidat
