FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

GS -09 :Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing budget formulation and execution by compiling financial data, reviewing funding requests, and tracking obligations and expenditures using established procedures to support accurate budget estimates and proper use of authorized funds. GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.

You will develop, determine and interpret budgetary policies and practices.

You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organization's programs and administrative operations.

You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets and provide advice on methods of acquisition and use of funds to support organization.
