## Job Description

**What you'll do**
- Support customers through live chat and inbound calls with warmth and care
- Solve everyday tech issues, such as login errors and device compatibility
- Guide customers through account and billing questions
- Keep clear, accurate records of every interaction
- Stay up to date on product updates and policies so you always give the right answer

## Qualifications

**What we're looking for**
- Fluent spoken Cantonese, written Traditional Chinese, and spoken and written English
- Ideally 1 to 2 years in customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- A positive, patient, problem-solving attitude

## Additional Information

**Work setup**
- Shifts: 9am to 9pm, including weekends
- Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (40 hours a week)
- Location: 100% onsite in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (no hybrid option)
