Job Summary Porter is hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Workers (Onboarding Executives) to recruit and onboard delivery partners through field activities and candidate interaction. Key Responsibilities 1 Visit assigned locations to hire delivery partners. 2 Explain onboarding process and job details to candidates. 3 Assist with registration and document collection. 4 Maintain daily onboarding reports. 5 Coordinate with operations and HR teams. 6 Travel locally for recruitment activities. Required Skills 1 10th/12th pass preferred. 2 Good communication skills. 3 Comfortable with field work and travel. 4 Basic smartphone knowledge. 5 Confident and target-oriented.
