Lendingpot is seeking a commercially driven Business Growth Manager to grow our SME financing segment. You will manage our broker network and lender partnerships, oversee a small direct sales function, and support the digital platform underpinning the business. You will work closely with Marketing and Technology to improve lead generation, deal conversion, operational efficiency and the SME financing journey, ensuring strong revenue performance and scalable processes.
