Machine Operators

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators for a range of manufacturing roles across Canterbury. We have opportunities available with multiple clients and manufacturing sites, offering the chance to work with a variety of machinery and production processes.

Whether you have experience operating CNC machinery or other industrial equipment, we want to hear from you.

About the opportunities

Depending on the site and position, your duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• CNC machine operation eg press brake, laser
• Operating a variety of tools and and industrial machinery
• Loading and unloading materials
• General factory tasks
• Quality checking finished products
• Following production and safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What we’re looking for Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating environment
• A good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work day or night shift
