Pillar, founded in 2025, is building the financial operating system for construction. Today we are 90 people, serving 1000 customers and expanding internationally. We seek a Head of Product who started as an engineer, loves guiding a product team, and wants to grow a team of product managers. The mission is to make the roadmap a company-wide tool: lead PMs, own product plans, measure and ship, aligning design, engineering and product with our CTO. J-18808-Ljbffr
