Job Description
The DW Fitness Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of gym equipment and facilities. The position also assists hotel guests by explaining and demonstrating the proper and safe use of gym equipment to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable fitness experience.

Qualifications
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a Gym Attendant, Fitness Center Attendant, or in a similar position is an advantage.

• Able to operate, maintain, and take proper care of gym equipment.

• Able to explain and demonstrate the correct and safe use of gym equipment to hotel guests.

• Has basic knowledge of fitness equipment and gym safety procedures.

• Physically fit, active, and able to assist with routine gym equipment checks and facility maintenance.

• Friendly, polite, helpful, and guest-oriented.

• Good communication skills and able to explain equipment instructions clearly.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to the hotel's operational needs.

• Must possess a valid Gym Attendant, Fitness Attendant, or relevant fitness-related training certificate.

• A certification in gym equipment operation, fitness facility management, or basic fitness instruction is an advantage.
