ABOUT THE ROLE

Restaurant Sjyen is looking for a passionate and skilled head chef to join our team. We specialize in high-quality casual food, with a strong focus on seafood, fresh produce, and locally sourced ingredients. Our kitchen is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a head chef who thrives under pressure and enjoys working as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and fish dishes, as well as other menu items using fresh ingredients.

Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

•
Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and productive kitchen workflow.

•
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS

•
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a seafood-focused restaurant.

•
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.

•
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

•
English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus.

•
Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal cooking.
