The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking a Locum General Medicine RMO to support general medicine services in Western NSW.
This role is ideal for an RMO wanting a clear hourly rate on a short weekday block, at $120 per hour with credentialing and compliance support.
Weekday shifts run generally 08:00 to 16:30, with a short locum block available for upcoming dates. Escalation pathways are available when required.
Clinical Environment
• General Medicine RMO role
• Support for General Medicine ward-based care
• Review and management of patients within scope
• Clinical documentation and handover
• Collaboration with nursing, allied health and medical teams
• Supportive clinical environment with escalation pathways available
Requirements
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Recent General Medicine experience at RMO level
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work safely within scope and escalate appropriately
• Current CV, references and compliance documents as required

Referral Program
Also, if locum work isn’t for you at the moment but you know another doctor who may be interested, we do have a referral program. Successful referrals can receive a $1,100 prepaid gift card for non-specialist doctors, or $1,600 for specialist/consultant referrals, once the referred doctor has completed the required shifts.
