Novartis is unable to offer relocation support: please only apply if accessible.Role Purpose:As a key member of the Gene Therapy Analytical Development Chemistry (AD-Chem) team, the successful candidate will independently design, execute, interpret, and communicate complex analytical studies supporting gene therapy product development. The individual will apply scientific expertise to characterize product quality attributes, develop and optimize analytical methods, solve analytical challenges, and generate data that advances development programs. The role serves as a key technical contributor within multidisciplinary project teams and supports innovation in gene therapy analytics.
