Job Description
• Lead the daily operations of Restaurant & Gourmet Bar
• Inspire, coach and develop the Food & Beverage team
• Create memorable guest experiences and drive service excellence
• Manage guest feedback and confidently resolve service issues
• Oversee restaurant presentation, beverage service and compliance
• Manage stock, costs and daily operational requirements
• Work closely with Kitchen and wider hotel teams to deliver seamless service

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years experience leading a restaurant, coffee shop or Food & Beverage operation
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
• A genuine focus on guest experience and service excellence
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage operations
• Commercial awareness and experience managing costs and budgets
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Experience with Opera
