💰 Pay: £24 Per Hour 

📅 Hours: Monday - Friday 40 Hours Per Week

As a Site Supervisor at Securitas, you'll do more than oversee security operations, you'll lead by example, support your team, and help deliver exceptional service standards. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the contract while building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients
Whether you're coordinating officer deployments, supporting staff development, managing incidents, or acting as the first point of contact for operational queries, you'll be at the heart of maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment. Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
• Supervising and supporting Security Officers during daily operations.
• Managing incident reporting and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
• Coordinating staffing levels, rostering, and shift coverage.
• Delivering coaching, guidance, and performance support to team members.
• Monitoring security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for security-related queries during shifts.
• Promoting a positive, professional, and customer-focused security culture.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience within the security industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites within a contracted environment.
• Strong IT competency, including experience with Microsoft Office and security reporting systems.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• A valid SIA licence.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve high performance.
• The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable work history.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational excellence.
