## Job Description

### Job Summary
The Group Leader leads the project purchasing team for electronic components used in electronic control products within Mobility Solutions China, driving cost competitiveness, quality, supply security, and project execution.

### Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team, manage performance, and strengthen team capabilities.
- Project Purchasing: Drive purchasing activities for electronic components throughout the product development and project lifecycle.
- Purchasing Performance: Ensure competitiveness in cost, quality, and supply security.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Project Management, Commodity Purchasing, and Purchasing Quality to achieve project targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify risks and optimization opportunities to improve purchasing performance.

## Qualifications

- Personality and Working Style: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; results-oriented with a focus on employee development.
- Experience and Know-how: Several years of purchasing experience, preferably in automotive electronics or electronic control products; knowledge of electronic components and project purchasing is preferred. Team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Education: University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Languages: Business-fluent English and Chinese.
