The Opportunity:
As part of Morelife by Voy, a leading preventive healthcare platform with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health, Morelife benefits from a business operating at serious scale across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India.
Growing this fast means many cross-functional initiatives running at once: new launches, market entries, operational improvements and platform changes. As Program Manager, you’ll make sure they land on time, with clear ownership and measurable results. You’ll report to the Head of Operations and work closely with leaders across Product, Clinical, Operations, Growth and Finance.
What you’ll do:
• Own end-to-end delivery of Morelife’s priority programs, from scoping and planning through launch and post-launch review
• Build and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones and dependency maps, keeping them current as priorities shift
• Coordinate across Client Experience, Front-line delivery (health practitioners), Marketing and Finance, driving alignment and resolving blockers fast
• Deep-dive into program and contract data regularly to understand current performance, spot trends and risks early, and drive targeted improvement actions
• Run the operating rhythm: weekly program reviews, stakeholder updates, retrospectives and planning cycles
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, escalating early with clear options and recommendations
• Define success metrics for each program and own performance against KPIs, reporting progress, budget and outcomes to leadership
• Introduce lightweight processes, templates and tooling that help the team move faster without adding bureaucracy
Who you are:
• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a high-growth tech, healthcare or consumer business, or in consulting delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects
• Outcome-oriented rather than input-driven
• Data-driven, with a desire to drive performance based on what the data is telling you
• Highly organised and disciplined, with a track record of delivering multiple cross-functional programs on time, with clear ownership and outcomes
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust across teams while confidently challenging stakeholders and holding people to commitments
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to executives
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership; you spot gaps and take initiative without waiting to be asked
• Comfortable in an unstructured, fast-moving environment, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and delivering high-quality work at pace
