eXperience IT Solutions busca un Consultor Senior Genesys Cloud CX para un proyecto estratégico de Indra en el sector de alarmas. Serás referente técnico en diseño, configuración e integración de soluciones de contact center, trabajando con Genesys Cloud CX, IVR y canales digitales. Entre tus funciones estará diseñar flujos IVR, integrar WhatsApp Business, configurar campañas outbound y realizar integraciones mediante APIs REST y OAuth. J-18808-Ljbffr
