Job description

HSBC is seeking a Principal, Real Estate in Singapore to originate and execute real estate investments across Asia for the Asia Living strategy. You will build a strong sourcing network, lead deal screening, and deliver robust underwriting to support investment decisions. You'll coordinate end-to-end transaction execution with Risk, Legal, Finance and external partners, drive post‑investment value creation, and ensure ESG integration across the investment lifecycle.
