About our Client:
My client is a mid sized CA firm based in Auckland City Fringe, they have a strong reputation and are well known in the industry. This firm specialises in property and high net worth individuals which guarantees interesting work.
As much as it is cliche, the team works hard and plays hard while enjoying some banter along the way. Due to growth within their client base, the firm has been growing year on year and needs to add a talented Senior Accountant to the team.
I have placed over 10 people with this client over the years and the common feedback from candidates is that they love the office culture, social events, broad work and pathway for progression. Some placed candidates have stayed over nine years and have progressed into Management and Partnership.

About the Role:
- Your will be mainly reviewing outsourced compliance
- You will also add value with project work such as budgets, cash flows, forecasts, business plans and implementing software
- You will have direct client contact through phone, email and in person
- You will be embracing AI tools and providing feedback on new tools
- At least 4 years of BAS experience within a NZ public practice firm
- Ideally you will have your CA qualification but not a deal breaker
- Proven experience reviewing work - internal or outsourced
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- No Timesheets ever: Enjoy total trust and autonomy, spend your time delivering results and not logging timesheets
