RESPONSABILITÉS : Objectif du poste Le poste s'inscrit dans le cadre de PHYTOSCOPE, un projet étudie la biodiversité du phytoplancton marin, en s'intéressant à la fois à sa diversité taxonomique et fonctionnelle et à la structure des assemblages. Il caractérise ces communautés à partir de plusieurs sources d'information : signatures spectrales issues de la télédétection de la couleur de l'océan, types fonctionnels fondés sur les pigments, distribution des tailles et, lorsque disponibles, marqueurs génétiques. L'objectif est de comprendre comment la composition et la structure des assemblages phytoplanctoniques varient en fonction des fluctuations environnementales et du changement climatique à long terme. Pour cela, PHYTOSCOPE propose une approche intégrée combinant trois disciplines complémentaires : l'observation satellitaire, pour suivre la biodiversité à grande échelle et dans le temps ; la modélisation biogéochimique, pour relier les communautés phytoplanctoniques aux processus environnementaux ; la macroécologie théorique, pour comprendre et prédire l'organisation de la biodiversité. L'originalité du projet réside donc dans la mise en commun de ces trois approches au sein d'un cadre harmonisé, afin de mieux caractériser, comprendre et prédire la dynamique de la biodiversité phytoplanctonique face aux changements environnementaux et climatiques. La personne recrutée participera au développement et à la mise en œuvre d'un modèle macroécologique du phytoplancton fondé sur la théorie METAL ( MacroEcological Theory on the Arrangement of Life ). Elle sera notamment amenée à reprendre, adapter et développer des programmes Matlab existants, afin de poursuivre la construction et l'optimisation du modèle. Elle contribuera à tester, évaluer et valider les performances du modèle à partir de données relatives aux principaux groupes phytoplanctoniques, à différentes échelles spatiales, notamment mondiale, Atlantique Nord et européenne. Une attention particulière sera portée à l'analyse de la réponse des assemblages phytoplanctoniques aux gradients et variations environnementaux. La mission comportera une part importante de développement en Matlab, de modélisation et d'analyse de données, ainsi que d'interprétation des résultats dans une perspective de macroécologie et de changement global. Véritable partenaire des directions Générale, Financière & Risques et des directions opérationnelles, vous contribuez à la définition des orientations stratégiques de l'entreprise en apportant votre expertise actuarielle, économique et data. Vos principales missions -Développer la connaissance des risques Santé et Prévoyance et identifier les leviers d'amélioration de la rentabilité. -Superviser les études actuarielles, les analyses économiques et les modèles de pilotage. -Renforcer les référentiels de tarification, de provisionnement et de gestion des risques. -Construire et piloter la feuille de route Data Science des Assurances Collectives. -Développer des modèles statistiques, prédictifs et d'intelligence artificielle créateurs de valeur pour les métiers. -Piloter des projets d'innovation, de recherche et de transformation autour de la donnée et de l'IA. -Accompagner l'évolution des processus de souscription, de gestion et de pilotage grâce aux nouvelles technologies. -Manager une équipe d'environ 10 actuaires et data scientists expérimentés, ainsi que plusieurs alternants et stagiaires. -Participer aux projets stratégiques et représenter votre domaine d'expertise auprès des différentes instances de gouvernance.
