Reports to: Manager, Partner Success Location: Remote Australia What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection. Huntress now secures more than 5M+ endpoints and 15M+ identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other. What You’ll Do: As a Partner Success Manager, you are the connective tissue between our sales teams and our partners’ long term success. You will join a high energy team focused on a singular mission: ensuring every new partner who joins the Huntress family has a world class onboarding experience. You won’t just point people toward a login screen; you will guide them through a proven process to ensure they are fully operational and ready to take Huntress to market with their own customers. within their first 16 days. You will give more than you take by acting as a dedicated resource for our Channel Account Managers, making sure no partner feels left behind. In this role, you will be the early warning system for our partner community. By keeping a close eye on license deployment, account health, and early usage patterns, you will spot potential issues before they become problems. You won't wait for permission to fix things - you will give a $h*t by owning the solution, whether that means hopping on a call to provide extra training or coordinating with our technical experts to clear a deployment hurdle. We value perfect imperfection here, meaning we want you to iterate fast on our processes and find better ways to help our partners win, even if the path isn't always linear. Responsibilities: Drive the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are smoothly set up and protected within an appropriate timeframe based on business needs. Partner closely with Account Managers to identify accounts with low license deployment and proactively reach out to offer training and resources, and specific deployment plays to drive broader adoption. Conduct post action check-ins with partners following security incidents to ensure they have the support they need and understand how to prevent future issues, while translating these stories into proof of value for their end clients. Coordinate with Technical Sales and Support to resolve specific hurdles that stand in the way of a partner’s successful deployment. Help the renewal process by ensuring partners are seeing maximum value from the platform long before their contract ends. Track onboarding gaps and partner feedback to help us build a more seamless, repeatable experience for every business we protect, and feed those insights back into the team. What You Bring To The Team: 3+ years of experience in a customer success, account coordination, or enablement role. A natural ability to follow processes while bringing high energy and a positive vibe to partner calls every day. Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat. A collaborative mindset that allows you to work seamlessly across internal sales and account management teams. A drive to hit measurable goals and a deep personal ownership of the partner experience. Experience working within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) ecosystem and Cybersecurity experience is a huge plus. Exposure to supporting customers or partners on basic rollout plans (who to start with, how to position the offering). What We Offer: Fully remote work At least one annual trip to the US for Summer Summit, with additional local events in Australia! New starter home office set up reimbursement ($800 AUD) 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers Monthly digital allowance for personal phone and internet costs ($185 AUD) Monthly home office tech stipend to upgrade or replace equipment ($40 AUD) Subsidised private health insurance through our preferred provider Stock options for all full-time employees Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are. About Abridge Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients. Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems. We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh. The Role As a Partner Success Director at Abridge, you own the relationship with your health system partners — full stop. You are the face of Abridge: the person executives call, the person clinicians trust, and the person who knows each partner’s people, priorities, and growth potential better than anyone. This is a high-touch, high-ownership role. You’ll go deep with a focused book and deliver a level of service, urgency, and strategic partnership that sets Abridge apart. What You’ll Do • Partner Development: • Build and maintain strong executive, operational, and technical relationships across your health system partners — going wide enough to ensure no critical relationship is a single point of failure, and deep enough that partners see Abridge as indispensable. • Be the first call your partners make — serving as the primary point of contact and providing clear, timely, and reliable communication that earns confidence at every touchpoint and keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned. • Act as a trusted advisor to health system leaders, offering strategic guidance and best practices that connect Abridge’s capabilities to the partner’s clinical and operational priorities. • Know your partner data inside and out — usage trends, adoption patterns, growth potential — and use it to spot early signals, get ahead of risk, and build a compelling, data-backed story for every stakeholder conversation. • Conduct regular executive business reviews with key stakeholders, assessing product performance, sharing value attainment, and aligning around continued opportunity to expand impact. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and advance expansion opportunities, outlining goals, milestones, and action plans and presenting new features and solutions with clear articulation of benefits and ROI. • Track partner expansion metrics and contribute directly to revenue growth and retention targets. • Clinician Success: • Build deep, trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals across your strategic customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and objectives well enough to anticipate needs before they surface. • Offer guidance and best practices that genuinely move the needle for clinicians — connecting Abridge’s capabilities directly to their workflows, productivity, and patient outcomes. • Provide product training and onboarding support to clinicians, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of our solutions. • Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clinicians, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely resolutions. • Monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption data closely, identifying early signals of engagement or friction and converting them into targeted interventions that drive scaled, sustainable utilization. • Partner Advocacy: • Partner internally across sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to drive partner growth, remove barriers to adoption, and ensure partners experience Abridge at its best. • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing partner insights, feedback, and success stories to drive product and service improvements. • Contribute to the development of partner success resources and best practices, such as case studies, engagement materials, and new communication strategies, ensuring your wins become team wins What You’ll Bring • Proven experience and a passion for customer, client facing roles, including but not excluded to a background in management consulting, enterprise SaaS, or health system innovation. • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including the dynamics and challenges faced by large health enterprises and clinicians. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Thrive in a high-touch model: you’re managing a focused book of strategic partners, not a high-volume portfolio. The depth of your relationships and the quality of your outcomes matter far more than breadth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels. • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand and effectively communicate complex software solutions. • Genuine passion for Abridge’s mission — people who are energized by what we’re building and why it needs to exist • Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Why Work at Abridge? At Abridge, we’re transforming healthcare delivery experiences with generative AI, enabling clinicians and patients to connect in deeper, more meaningful ways. Our mission is clear: to power deeper understanding in healthcare. We’re driving real, lasting change, with millions of medical conversations processed each month. Joining Abridge means stepping into a fast-paced, high-growth startup where your contributions truly make a difference. Our culture requires extreme ownership—every employee has the ability to (and is expected to) make an impact on our customers and our business. Beyond individual impact, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of curious, high-achieving people in a supportive environment where success is shared, growth is constant, and feedback fuels progress. At Abridge, it’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it. Every decision is rooted in empathy, always prioritizing the needs of clinicians and patients. COMPANY OVERVIEW Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram. COMPANY OPERATING RHYTHM At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance. Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do. Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5. ABOUT THE TEAM Our Customer Success team — The Heartbeat of Deepgram — sits at the intersection of partners, product, and growth. We don't just "manage accounts." We make Deepgram succeed inside our partners' environments by combining deep technical expertise, commercial instinct, and an AI-native way of working — and by building the systems that make the whole team's work compound over time. ABOUT THIS ROLE This is not a portfolio role. You will own one relationship: AWS. Deepgram's AWS partnership is our marquee alliance, and it has outgrown shared coverage. You'd inherit a $15M portfolio from day one and become the single accountable owner of it — the person AWS calls, the person who decides, and the person whose problem it is when something goes wrong. The motion is ISV-on-cloud: Marketplace listings and private offers, co-sell with AWS field teams, joint GTM, consumption growth and commit drawdown. You'll work across AWS's Partner Development Managers, Solutions Architects and account teams to reach end customers, while working internally across our Sales, Product, and Engineering orgs. If you've been the technical resource on a partner relationship while someone else owned the commercial outcome, this is a step up rather than a lateral — and we'll be looking for evidence you're ready for it. WHO YOU ARE You operate at the intersection of three competencies, and you're genuinely strong across all three. 1. Strategic partner ownership. You have been the accountable owner of a strategic relationship — not a supporting resource on one. You've set the plan rather than executed someone else's, been the escalation point rather than the escalation path, and carried responsibility for retention and growth. You can name what you were authorized to decide without asking permission. 2. Technical consulting. You run demos, guide architecture discussions, troubleshoot integrations, and help partners deploy AI-driven solutions. No coding required, but you're fluent in APIs, developer workflows, and real technical conversations — genuinely conversant, not hand-waving. 3. An AI-native operating model. AI is how you work, not a tool you occasionally reach for. When you hit recurring work, your instinct is to build the system that removes it. You may have been a Partner Development Manager, Alliances or Channel lead, Partner Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Partner Solutions Architect, Strategic Account Manager, or a Customer Success leader who built the partner function yourself. We care about the shape of the ownership, not the title on it. Some of the strongest people in this role came from smaller companies where they built the partner motion from scratch. You thrive on bringing definition to ambiguity. You form a point of view and bring a recommendation rather than staying in open-ended discovery. You're comfortable operating outside your comfort zone, you question the status quo, and you learn fast. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the AWS relationship end to end — technical adoption, commercial outcomes, retention, and expansion. There is no separate business counterpart; this seat holds both. - Be the trusted advisor across AWS stakeholders, from solutions architects and partner development managers up to senior technical and commercial leadership. - Drive joint adoption through live demos, workshops, architecture guidance, and troubleshooting — making Deepgram successful inside AWS's environment and in front of their customers. - Run the Marketplace and co-sell motion: listings, private offers, deal structuring, commit drawdown, and joint pipeline with AWS field teams. - Navigate three-way dynamics where Deepgram, AWS, and the end customer want different things — and find the path that works for all of them. - Run partner business reviews and joint planning independently, and identify and scope expansion in partnership with Sales. - Act as the voice of the partner internally, influencing roadmap, GTM strategy, and the tools we build. - Track adoption, usage, health and expansion to drive outcomes. Travel to partner sites roughly 3–5 times per quarter. - Operate AI-first by default, and build tools, agents, and workflows that eliminate recurring work for you and the team. Your impact is measured by the leverage you create, not only the partner you serve. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - You have personally owned a strategic partner or customer relationship. Not supported one. You can describe what you decided, what you were accountable for, and what happened when it went badly. - Meaningful scale. Accounts or partner books at roughly $500K+ ARR each, or a partner relationship with comparable revenue attached. We want people who have handled real business-value partnerships at a strategic level. - Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles at API-driven, developer-first, cloud, infrastructure, or AI companies. For most people that's roughly 7+ years, but we care more about the shape of your experience than the number. - Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models — resale, referral, integrations, marketplace, co-marketing, co-selling — and multi-party commercial dynamics. - Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise partners or customers. Leading them, not attending them. - A track record of identifying and landing expansion in complex partner or enterprise relationships — opportunities you found, not ones handed to you. - Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows, and troubleshooting L1-style issues. - Experience engaging both technical stakeholders and executive buyers. - Exceptional communication and influence — concise and structured, across technical and business audiences. - Something you've built — a tool, agent, script, or workflow — that permanently eliminated recurring work. In your application, tell us what it was, what it replaced, and what it's still doing today. - An AI-native operating model: specific workflows that structurally depend on AI, and a clear account of how you'd rebuild them if those tools disappeared tomorrow. NICE TO HAVE - Direct experience with the AWS ecosystem — Marketplace, private offers, CPPO, APN programs, MAP or other funding mechanisms, or co-sell with AWS field teams. This is a strong plus, not a requirement. We'd rather have a proven partner owner who learns AWS than an AWS specialist who has never owned an outcome. - Experience with consumption-based commercial models and how technical adoption converts to revenue. - Background in machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, GenAI/GPU workloads, or developer-first technologies. - Experience building a partner function from scratch at a smaller company. - Working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building (Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, agent frameworks, or equivalent). You don't need to be a software engineer — just dangerous enough to ship working systems. Notice: We're aware of individuals impersonating Deepgram recruiters. All legitimate Deepgram recruiting communication comes from an @deepgram.com http://deepgram.com email address. What you'll do • Own the AWS relationship end to end — technical adoption, commercial outcomes, retention, and expansion. There is no separate business counterpart; this seat holds both. • Be the trusted advisor across AWS stakeholders, from solutions architects and partner development managers up to senior technical and commercial leadership. • Drive joint adoption through live demos, workshops, architecture guidance, and troubleshooting — making Deepgram successful inside AWS's environment and in front of their customers. • Run the Marketplace and co-sell motion: listings, private offers, deal structuring, commit drawdown, and joint pipeline with AWS field teams. • Navigate three-way dynamics where Deepgram, AWS, and the end customer want different things — and find the path that works for all of them. • Run partner business reviews and joint planning independently, and identify and scope expansion in partnership with Sales. • Act as the voice of the partner internally, influencing roadmap, GTM strategy, and the tools we build. • Track adoption, usage, health and expansion to drive outcomes. Travel to partner sites roughly 3–5 times per quarter. • Operate AI-first by default , and build tools, agents, and workflows that eliminate recurring work for you and the team. Your impact is measured by the leverage you create, not only the partner you serve. What we're looking for • You have personally owned a strategic partner or customer relationship. Not supported one. You can describe what you decided, what you were accountable for, and what happened when it went badly. • Meaningful scale. Accounts or partner books at roughly $500K+ ARR each, or a partner relationship with comparable revenue attached. We want people who have handled real business-value partnerships at a strategic level. • Significant experience in technical, customer-facing roles at API-driven, developer-first, cloud, infrastructure, or AI companies. For most people that's roughly 7+ years, but we care more about the shape of your experience than the number. • Understanding of partner ecosystems and channel business models — resale, referral, integrations, marketplace, co-marketing, co-selling — and multi-party commercial dynamics. • Hands-on experience running demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise partners or customers. Leading them, not attending them. • A track record of identifying and landing expansion in complex partner or enterprise relationships — opportunities you found, not ones handed to you. • Fluency discussing APIs, integrations, and developer workflows, and troubleshooting L1-style issues. • Experience engaging both technical stakeholders and executive buyers. • Exceptional communication and influence — concise and structured, across technical and business audiences. • Something you've built — a tool, agent, script, or workflow — that permanently eliminated recurring work. In your application, tell us what it was, what it replaced, and what it's still doing today. • An AI-native operating model : specific workflows that structurally depend on AI, and a clear account of how you'd rebuild them if those tools disappeared tomorrow. Nice to have • Direct experience with the AWS ecosystem — Marketplace, private offers, CPPO, APN programs, MAP or other funding mechanisms, or co-sell with AWS field teams. This is a strong plus, not a requirement. We'd rather have a proven partner owner who learns AWS than an AWS specialist who has never owned an outcome. • Experience with consumption-based commercial models and how technical adoption converts to revenue. • Background in machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, GenAI/GPU workloads, or developer-first technologies. • Experience building a partner function from scratch at a smaller company. • Working fluency with automation, scripting, or agent-building (Python, TypeScript, workflow tools, agent frameworks, or equivalent). You don't need to be a software engineer — just dangerous enough to ship working systems. Notice : We're aware of individuals impersonating Deepgram recruiters. Partner Success Lead
HQI 93
San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY | Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA08/15/2026
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's consulting and systems integration partners now sell and deliver Claude work at growing volume, and selling alongside partners is working. What matters next is delivery: whether the partner completes the work, whether the customer's Claude usage grows and holds, and whether the outcome is good enough that the customer asks for that partner again. The Partner Success Lead owns that outcome. You will hold a book of in-flight customer engagements across a set of managed partners in North America. From the day our Partner Delivery program matches a customer engagement to a partner in your book, you own it to a completed outcome: the work finishes on scope, the customer's Claude usage grows, and a stalled engagement gets diagnosed and unblocked before the customer disengages. You wake up every day on one question: what is each partner in my book doing, and is the work getting done. Key responsibilities: Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome. Know the state of each one every week: scope, timeline, blockers, and the customer's Claude usage trend. Run the weekly delivery review across your book, and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the weekly at-risk account review with a diagnosis, an owner, and a specific ask rather than a status list. Unblocking. Partner capacity, scope creep, customer readiness, product questions, deal-registration conflicts, and customer dissatisfaction with partner work: get each issue to the right internal team and stay on it through resolution. Own delivery quality and consumption across your book. Track engagements completed on time, time from match to completion, delivered consumption and weekly active use on the customer accounts your partners serve, and the accounts trending toward at-risk. Build senior relationships with each managed partner's practice and delivery leadership. Together with the Partner Account Manager and other Anthropic counterparts, establish the executive-level trust that lets you ask a partner to restaff, escalate, or invest — and be taken seriously — when an engagement needs it. Build each partner's Claude practice as the compounding work: certified bench depth, one repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and a published customer story from each completed engagement, so the next engagement needs less from you. Turn what works into methodology. Convert the moves you prove in your book into named, reusable best practices — engagement review packs, unblocking plays, practice-building guides — written clearly enough to be shared at scale across partners, the Partner Success team, and the contract delivery team running the same loop. Run the quarterly practice review with each managed partner's alliance and delivery leads: joint goals on completed customer engagements, customer adoption, certified practitioners, references, and industry positioning. Present and persuade across audiences. Deliver partner executive briefings, practitioner enablement sessions, and internal reviews with equal command — this role is regularly the voice of Partner Success in front of a partner's leadership, a delivery team, a customer, or Anthropic's own leadership. Steward funding requests from partners in your book. Recommend for or against co-investment and program funding requests against a stated outcome, and reconcile against milestones. The bar is outcomes, not consultant hours. Work the handoffs cleanly: from Partner Sales when a partner deal closes, and from the Partner Delivery program when an engagement is matched to a partner in your book. Coordinate with the Partner Account Manager on any strategic partner that has one, with Customer Success Managers on customer-side account health, and with Anthropic's direct sales field on joint accounts. Instrument your book and know its numbers: engagements in flight and completed, stall rate and days to unblock, delivered consumption per partner, certified practitioner counts, and partner health trajectory. Run your book Claude-first. Telemetry drafts the diagnosis; you validate it and act. Claude drafts your review packs, status notes, and escalation briefs; you own the judgment, the exceptions, and the unblocking. Feed what you see in the field back into the packages, playbooks, tier rules, and health rubric the team runs on. Minimum qualifications: Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (roughly 10 to 30 at a time) to completed outcomes, in a partner success, customer success, delivery management, or technical account management role. Ability and appetite to build structure, clarity, and programmatic motions out of in-flight work, while delivering engagement by engagement. You have written something down — a review format, a checklist, a play — that others ran without you, and you want to do more of that; growing that into the operating playbook a wider team runs is the senior end of this role, not the entry bar. This role scales by what you write down, not by added hours. Track record of a number tied to completed work and customer behavior (on-time delivery, adoption, retention, consumption, expansion) rather than contract signature, and an operating rhythm you built to hit it. Judgment on delivery quality: you can review a partner's engagement plan or scope and tell whether it will finish on time and produce usage, and you ask the follow-up question that surfaces the real risk. Escalation and unblocking judgment across a matrix (partner, customer, direct sales, customer success, product): you know which stall belongs to whom, you get help fast, and you stay engaged to resolution. A convincing speaker and presenter to all kinds of audiences: partner executives, delivery practitioners, customers, and internal leadership. You can carry a quarterly practice review, an enablement session, and an executive escalation in the same week and land each one. Deep understanding of how customer success works in a usage-based business; you have held a number tied to customer behavior and can read a consumption trend and act on it. Enough technical fluency to be credible in a delivery review. You do not need to write code, but you can follow a partner architect's walkthrough of a real Claude engagement and ask the substantive second question. Active daily use of Claude or another large language model as part of how you work: preparing reviews, drafting account plans, and analyzing your book. We will ask you to walk us through a recent deliverable. Preferred qualifications: 5 to 8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners, or in delivery-facing customer success at a software company, cloud platform, or partner-led business. Direct experience with systems integrators (global firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or Wipro, or regional and boutique firms) and an understanding of how their delivery practices are staffed and run. Experience running at-risk or red account reviews and turning stalled work around. Experience anchoring a surge team: setting the playbook and the review pack that a group of contract or offshore delivery coordinators ran, and holding the quality bar across them. Depth in a specific industry vertical (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing) where you have carried a book of partners or customers. Experience stewarding co-investment funding or market development funding against specific outcomes, with formed opinions about what works and what does not. Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads, and a sense of what makes them productive rather than ceremonial. Experience on a new team where the operating model was being written while you ran the book, and you shipped both. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $215,000 — $300,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
