La mission comporte deux dimensions complémentaires : Data Analysis & Data Science * Mener des analyses avancées permettant d'identifier des opportunités d'amélioration des produits et processus. * Concevoir des frameworks d'analyse scalables afin de transformer des volumes importants de données en insights exploitables. * Réaliser et analyser des A/B tests et tests statistiques. * Exploiter et évaluer des modèles prédictifs afin d'accompagner les décisions métier. * Analyser les mécanismes et processus de changement de prix afin d'en améliorer la compréhension et l'efficacité. * Identifier et quantifier de nouvelles opportunités business ou produit. * Transformer des problématiques métier complexes en insights clairs et actionnables. * Communiquer efficacement les résultats grâce à la donnée et à la visualisation. Analytics Engineering / Data Engineering * Concevoir, construire et maintenir des pipelines de données robustes et scalables. * Développer des transformations et modèles de données complexes en SQL. * Participer à l'industrialisation et à la fiabilisation des flux de données. * Travailler idéalement avec DBT pour la modélisation et la transformation des données. * Utiliser Airflow pour l'orchestration des pipelines. * Exploiter l'environnement Databricks / PySpark. * Contribuer aux bonnes pratiques de développement : Git, CI/CD, qualité et maintenabilité du code. Vous pourrez également contribuer au mentoring d'analystes plus juniors ainsi qu'à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de l'équipe Data. Nous recherchons avant tout un profil capable de faire le lien entre analyse avancée, enjeux business et construction de la donnée. Vous disposez idéalement d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en Data Analysis ou sur un rôle hybride Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer. Compétences indispensables : * Excellent niveau SQL et capacité à construire des pipelines de données. * Très bonne maîtrise de Python. * Solides compétences en Data Analysis et statistiques : analyses descriptives, échantillonnage, tests statistiques, classifications, ACP. * Expérience concrète des A/B tests. * Bonne compréhension des modèles prédictifs et des méthodes permettant d'en mesurer la performance. * Expérience avec Databricks et PySpark. * Maîtrise de Git et des bonnes pratiques de développement. * Capacité à restituer des analyses complexes de manière claire et orientée décision. * Bon niveau d'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Une expérience avec DBT et/ou Airflow est particulièrement recherchée et constituera un véritable atout pour cette mission. Commercial Performance & Insights • Provide markets with timely, accurate and actionable visibility of commercial performance. • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytics covering sales, NSV, distribution, ROS, market share, innovation, customer/channel performance and commercial execution. • Translate data into insights and recommendations that help markets identify performance gaps and opportunities. • Establish consistent performance definitions, reporting standards and trusted data sources across markets. 2. Pricing Sr. Associate (CDMX) The Pricing Sr. Associate is responsible for supporting pricing governance, financial planning, and profitability analysis for LATAM Distributors. The role provides analytical and operational support to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies, accrual management and financial forecasting across distributor markets. Additionally, the position supports the Mexico Pricing team on selected pricing initiatives, business cases, commercial evaluations and Gross-to-Net processes, contributing to sound business decisions and compliance with Amgen pricing policies and governance requirements. The position reports directly to the Pricing Manager, Mexico & LATAM Distributors. The role works closely with Finance, Business Units, Value & Access, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Regional Teams and external distributors. The scope of the Pricing organization is aligned with activities such as price governance, contracts, accruals, commercial conditions, price planning and financial analysis. In this vital role you will be responsible for: Pricing • Support the administration and execution of pricing processes for LATAM Distributor markets. • Support the Pricing Manager in business case preparation and price approval processes (for both Latam and Mexico) • Assist in monitoring contractual commitments, rebates, free goods and credit notes. (for both Latam and Mexico) • Monitor pricing performance and profitability across distributor countries. • Prepare pricing analyses and recommendations to support decision making. • Coordinate annual price reviews and updates with distributor partners. • Validate commercial conditions and ensure alignment with approved pricing governance. • Support contract administration and review of commercial agreements impacting pricing. • Maintain pricing documentation and approval evidence. • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of pricing strategies and commercial initiatives. • Support distributor tender opportunities through financial and pricing evaluations. • Generate regular pricing and financial performance reports. Financial Planning & Analytics • Prepare revenue projections and financial scenarios for LATAM Distributor markets. • Support annual planning, budget and forecast processes. • Monitor financial performance against plan and identify risks and opportunities. • Perform Gross-to-Net analyses and profitability assessments. • Support accrual calculations, tracking and reconciliation activities. • Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities. • Provide analytical insights to support strategic business decisions. Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with Amgen pricing policies, financial controls and governance requirements. • Maintain accurate documentation supporting pricing decisions and approvals. • Support audit requests and documentation reviews. • Promote consistency and transparency in pricing and financial planning processes. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial science, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related field and 2 years of experience in Pricing, Finance, Business Analysis in pharmaceutical, healthcare or multinational environments. • Experience in financial modeling and business case development and working with commercial contracts, pricing processes or revenue management. • Professional working proficiency in English is required and will be assessed throughout the interview process.
