About This Role Hi, I’m Casey, Head Customer Success Management and Customer Education at Ashby. I’m thrilled to be hiring our first EMEA-based Recruiting Operations Consultant to support Strategic, Mid-Market, and Startup customers in the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll be part of the Customer Education team, blending 1:1 customer consulting, CSM enablement, and educational content creation to scale advanced recruiting operations expertise, strengthen CSM RecOps literacy, and help customers achieve measurable recruiting outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with Professional Services to scope and deliver paid consulting engagements (SOWs), helping shape and evolve offerings such as Process Optimization and Fractional RecOps — and, when needed, building reports or processes on behalf of customers to support their goals. Day-to-day, this looks like: • Delivering high-impact consulting via RecOps Connects (complimentary 1:1 engagements) and paid engagements, focused on recruiting strategy, analytics interpretation, and operational best practices. • Partnering with AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services to scope, sell, and deliver paid consulting engagements using the RecOps SOW framework. • Translating 1:1 consulting insights into scalable education — Academy courses, guides, webinars, and segment-specific playbooks — that go beyond “how” to explain “why.” • Contributing to advanced product education (e.g., interpreting Quality of Hire dashboards, building analytics strategies) and shaping our most sophisticated Customer Education offerings. • Partnering closely with the Product Team to distill your observations into tangible feedback. • Enabling CSMs on foundational RecOps strategies and tactics. You Could Be a Great Fit If • You have hands-on experience with Ashby’s product and are excited by the power it offers Talent Acquisition teams. • You love helping customers learn — supporting them as they grow into power users. • You are an excellent communicator, skilled at clear and concise facilitation. • You can navigate a range of stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Talent vs. recruiters) and help them align on shared goals. • You’re comfortable working across a spectrum of complexity — from solving simple interview plan questions to building advanced Quality of Hire reporting strategies. • You excel at holding stakeholders accountable, setting clear expectations, and facilitating alignment. • You are proactive about defining boundaries — enabling CSMs to own foundational RecOps work so you can focus on high-leverage contributions. • You are skilled at enabling others, whether in 1:1 sessions or group settings. • You have deep empathy for customers and can translate their feedback into actionable insights that shape internal priorities and product direction. • You have 2+ years experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design — and enjoy helping others level up in these areas. You Might Not Be a Great Fit If: • You prefer rigid structure and are uncomfortable with ambiguity or evolving priorities. • You don’t enjoy hands-on building with customers, as this role is a mix of both consulting engagements and build-for-me engagements. • You are not comfortable running projects from beginning to end, including scoping, execution, and follow-through • You want to focus exclusively on individual customer conversations and not contribute to scaled education or internal enablement. • You hesitate to hold customers or internal teams accountable, or avoid facilitating alignment when competing opinions are presented. • You find it difficult to set boundaries and tend to default to saying “yes” to all requests. Interview Process: • Recruiter Screen with Talent Acquisition Team - 30 minutes • Hiring Manager Interview - 45 minutes • Take Home / Mock Call - 45 minutes • Final Panel: • Interview with CSM Leadership - 30 min • Interview with CS Senior Leadership - 30 minutes Benefits: • Competitive salary and equity. • Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team. • 10-year exercise window for stock options. You shouldn’t feel pressure to purchase stock options if you leave Ashby —do it when you feel financially comfortable. • Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year. Expect “Vacation?” in our one-on-one agenda until you start taking it! • Generous family paid family leave. We plan to expand this to employees in other countries as situations arise. • Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget. Get what you need to be happy and productive! • $100/month education budget with more expensive items (like conferences) covered with manager approval. Ashby provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities. Ashby is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. We confirm that this advertisement is for an active, existing vacancy within our organization. Please be advised that we may use artificial intelligence-driven tools to assist our recruitment team in screening, assessing, and selecting candidates for this position.

1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but most providers don't accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway’s mission is to fix this by building a new mental healthcare system everyone can access. We started by solving the biggest barrier to care: insurance. The admin work - credentialing, claims, payment reconciliation - is a nightmare. We've automated that. But we're going further. Over 75,000 providers across all 50 states run their practice on our software, serving over 1 million patients. We are building the best tools for therapists to run their entire practice, reimagining the experience of finding a therapist, and investing in the platform foundations to enable this at scale. We aren't just a billing layer; we are becoming the platform where care actually happens. We're a Series D company with $325M+ in funding (a16z, Accel, Spark Capital, etc.), looking for exceptional people to help us achieve this mission. We want your time here to be the most meaningful experience of your career. Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the better. About the Role We're hiring a Team Lead, Business Recruiting to lead a team of 6–7 recruiters supporting our revenue functions, including Provider Sales and Care Partnerships. Hiring for these teams ranges from high-volume sales roles to more consultative, relationship-driven roles in partnerships. You'll manage and develop your team, carry your own reqs, and serve as the primary recruiting partner to revenue leaders. You'll own hiring plans, forecasting, funnel performance, and day-to-day operations for the team. This role is remote-flexible, with a preference for candidates based in New York City or Philadelphia. You Will - Manage a team of 6–7 recruiters responsible for both high volume and longer-cycle GTM/Sales hiring. Set clear goals, run a consistent weekly operating rhythm, give regular feedback. - Build hiring plans from business targets, forecast capacity, track progress weekly, and adjust plans as volume and priorities change. - Manage the team against clear metrics, use data to coach and develop your team, improve hiring efficiencies and outputs - Partner closely with stakeholders across revenue functions. You'll provide regular updates, flag risks early, and use data to guide decisions about hiring plans and processes. - Adjust recruiting strategy to the role, from high-volume sales hiring to targeted searches for consultative partnership roles. Identify bottlenecks and improve processes so the team can hire faster and more efficiently as we scale. - Oversee daily operations for the team, including req assignments, interview consistency, hiring manager calibration, ATS data hygeine - Carry your own partial req load You'd Be a Great Fit If… - You have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience hiring for sales or go-to-market teams. - You've recruited in both high-volume and more consultative settings, and know how to adjust your approach for each. - You have at least 12 months of experience managing recruiters, including setting goals, giving direct feedback, and managing performance. Player-coach experience counts. - You're comfortable with recruiting data. You understand funnel math, track metrics closely, and use them to make decisions and inform stakeholders. - You can turn a hiring target into a realistic plan, and you raise concerns early when a plan is at risk. - You write and speak clearly and concisely. You keep stakeholders updated without being asked and follow through on commitments. - You build strong working relationships with business leaders, including when you need to push back or reset expectations. - You bring structure to your work and build processes that produce consistent results. - You work well in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and changing priorities. We believe a team's strength is in its people, and we cannot achieve this mission without a team that reflects the diversity of this problem – across race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, national origin, religion, family status, disability, military status, and experience. This is a hands-on build-and-facilitate role: you will design curriculum, produce content, and run live training for recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and people leaders across our global sites. This engagement is scoped around content, design, and delivery.
