Terms of Service — Career Bloom

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Career Bloom ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Career Bloom ("we", "us").

2. The Service

Career Bloom is an AI-powered job search platform. We provide job listings, resume management, AI skill matching, voice-powered search, and application tracking. We are a technology platform — we are not a staffing agency and do not guarantee employment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
One person may not maintain more than one candidate account.
You may not share your account with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without written permission
Use automated tools to submit applications or interact with the Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Harass, defame, or harm other users or employers

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. your resume). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.

7. Employer Listings

Job listings are posted by or sourced on behalf of third-party employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing. We are not responsible for employer hiring decisions or the outcome of any application.

8. AI Features

Our AI features (skill matching, role fit analysis, voice search) are provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be solely relied upon for career decisions.

9. Paid Plans

Certain features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@bloom.ai. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Career Bloom name, logo, platform design, and AI models are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service as described.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless prohibited by local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or platform notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
