Senior Specialist, Growth Marketing - Wealthsimple Business
HQI 93
Remote (Canada) Remote$89,000–$112,000/yr1d ago
BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers. About the team Over 30,000 Canadian businesses already trust Wealthsimple Business to spend, invest, and help their employees save, all in one place. But most Canadian SMBs still don't know we offer business banking at all. Our team owns the growth engine that closes that gap: getting Wealthsimple Business in front of the millions of small businesses in Canada who haven't heard of it yet, and building the pipeline that lets us compete directly for a market that isn't ours yet. We work closely with the broader Marketing org but stay focused on this segment specifically. This isn't general brand awareness — it's demand for a product category most SMBs haven't considered us for. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own net-new customer acquisition for the SMB segment: running the paid and experimental channels that create demand where none currently exists. This is a build-from-scratch role in a real sense. The acquisition engine for this segment doesn't exist yet, so you'll be defining it, testing what moves the needle, and scaling what works, rather than optimizing something already in motion. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own SMB-specific acquisition: explore and test across channel types, paid media, partnerships, content, community, and anything else that could move the needle. No one's handing you a channel mix. Figuring that out is the job - Run the team's growth experimentation cadence: CAC/LTV analysis and funnel experiments that turn into repeatable, scalable campaigns, not one-off tests, measured through to pipeline handed to Sales - Test positioning and messaging that gets this segment to notice us for the first time - Own growth-motivated webinars and other programs aimed at reaching new audiences, not nurturing ones we already have - Partner with the Demand Gen Specialist so acquisition experiments feed nurture, and nurture insights inform where acquisition effort goes next - Embed AI into your day-to-day, creative and copy iteration, audience research, campaign experimentation, to move faster and test more WHAT YOU BRING - 4–6+ years in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of generating demand and measuring it through to downstream pipeline value - Experience building and running growth experiments: channel tests, funnel optimization, CAC/LTV analysis. You don't just execute a media plan someone else designed - Comfort operating in a segment or product with limited brand awareness. You understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative have to work differently when you're introducing a category to someone who doesn't know it exists yet, not comparing features for someone who already does - Experience running net-new-audience programs (webinars, partnerships, co-marketing) aimed at reaching new audiences, not nurturing existing ones - An analytical mindset: you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend what to do next, not just report on results - Clear written communication: able to translate test results and positioning ideas into something a cross-functional team can act on - A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work: building lead enrichment workflows, generating and testing creative at scale, or surfacing insights from data faster. You treat AI as a core part of how you work NICE TO HAVE - Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces. - Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms. - Experience marketing specifically to small and medium-sized businesses, understanding how SMB buyers discover, evaluate, and choose financial products WHO YOU ARE - You're motivated by ambiguity and building from scratch, not maintaining an existing channel - You think like an owner. You don't wait to be told which experiment to run next - You're comfortable being judged on outcomes you can't fully control yet, because the category itself is new - You partner well. You know acquisition and nurture only work if the handoff between them is good - You're competitive in a healthy way. "Let's go win this" is a mindset, not just a talking point - You're as comfortable in the numbers as you are in the creative. This role needs both WHY WEALTHSIMPLE? 🌸 Top-tier health benefits and life insurance 📈 Long-term group savings with employer match, through Wealthsimple for Business 🌴 20 vacation days, 4 wellness days, and unlimited sick and mental health days per year* ✈️ 90 days away: work outside Canada for up to 90 days per year* 👥 Employee resource groups, including Rainbow (2SLGBTQ), Women of WS, and Black at WS 🌎 We are a hybrid team with over 1,500 employees across North America. The people are one of the best parts of working here: you'll collaborate with incredibly talented, curious, and driven teammates who are deeply committed to doing great work. *Unlimited paid sick days, Wellness Days and the 90 day away program do not apply to certain roles. ICYMI Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect curiosity and a willingness to evolve alongside the products we're building. Inclusion Statement: We're building products for a diverse world, and we need a diverse team to do it well. We strongly encourage applications from everyone, regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status. Accessibility Statement: We're committed to an accessible hiring experience. If you need any accommodations throughout the interview process, please let us know — we'll work with you to make sure you have what you need. We also welcome any feedback on how we can better accommodate candidates with accessibility needs. AI in Hiring: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but don't replace human judgment – all final hiring decisions are made by people. If you have questions about how your data is used, reach out to us.

WHO WE ARE Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. ABOUT THE ROLE: Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE: - By day 90: - Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution. - Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements. - Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed. - By the end of year one: - Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative. - Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences. - Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization. SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING: - Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable. - Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes. - Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions. - Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar. - High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $191,000 - $225,000 per year. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.” Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here. The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation. About the Role We're hiring a senior Growth leader to architect and operate our growth engine from the ground up — hands‑on. This isn't a "manage the agency" role. You'll be the one designing the system, wiring the stack, running the experiments, and shipping the assets. You think in funnels and frameworks, build measurement infrastructure before you launch campaigns, and treat go-to-market as an engineering discipline: instrument, test, iterate, scale. You'll work directly with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand to turn signal into pipeline — and you'll be the one who actually builds the things that make that happen. Critically, you'll own the number: net new business in the form of marketing qualified leads is your north star, and you'll be accountable for hitting it. This will be a high-visibility role with incredible growth opportunities. What You'll Do Ad Engine Ownership & Performance Marketing - Own the design, build, and continuous optimization of our ad engine across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and video — with a focus on efficiency, scale, and measurable pipeline contribution. - Architect audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative rotation logic, and budget allocation frameworks to maximize return on ad spend. - Move beyond channel management: treat the ad engine as a product, iterating on targeting logic, landing page pairings, offer variants, and conversion pathways to compound performance over time. - Own hands‑on execution — you're in the platforms, not just reviewing reports. Driving Net New Business: MQL Ownership - Own the MQL number. You are directly accountable for generating net new marketing qualified leads that convert into pipeline and revenue. - Build and operate the demand generation engine that fills the top of funnel — from first touch to sales-ready hand‑off — with clear SLAs, routing logic, and feedback loops. - Define and enforce MQL quality standards in partnership with Sales and RevOps, continuously tightening the criteria as signal improves. - Report on MQL volume, velocity, cost-per-MQL, and downstream conversion rates; use those inputs to direct investment across channels and programs. Scaling the Marketing Foundation: 1 to 100 - Take the marketing foundations already in place — brand narrative, positioning, early channel presence, initial playbooks — and build the operational engine that scales them. - Translate strategy into a repeatable growth system: standardized processes, campaign architecture, channel playbooks, and asset libraries that multiply output without multiplying headcount. - Identify what's working at small scale and build the infrastructure — tooling, measurement, creative, ops — to run it at 10x without losing fidelity or efficiency. - Close the gaps between brand and demand: ensure every scaled program reinforces positioning while driving measurable business outcomes. Full-Funnel Growth System Ownership - Design and own the full‑funnel growth architecture: paid (search, social, programmatic, video), organic (SEO, content, web), ABM, partnerships, and referral. - Build the experimentation infrastructure — test frameworks, audience segmentation, offer variants, landing page scaffolding — and run rapid learning cycles. - Engineer the demand‑to‑pipeline path: ICP definitions, routing logic, handoff SLAs, and Sales feedback loops. - Identify new channels and build the playbook before you scale spend. Growth Stack & Analytics - Instrument the growth funnel end‑to‑end across Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Webflow/CMS, and attribution/BI tooling. - Partner with RevOps and Analytics to establish taxonomy, data hygiene standards, experimentation frameworks, and attribution models that hold up under scrutiny. - Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure that make the "what's working" question answerable in real time — and translate results into insights, next actions, and investment guidance for Marketing and GTM leaders. Cross-Functional Alignment - Serve as the DRI for growth: set strategy, run the operating cadence, and align Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand around clear priorities and decision criteria. - Build influence without line authority — turn cross‑functional stakeholders into an integrated growth squad. - Maintain a transparent roadmap and experiment backlog; communicate trade‑offs and learnings frequently. What You Have - Senior, hands‑on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS; healthtech experience a plus. - Demonstrated ownership of an MQL or pipeline number — you've been accountable for net new business outcomes, not just activity metrics. - Deep hands‑on experience building and optimizing ad engines across paid search, social, and programmatic; you know the platforms as well as the strategy. - Proven ability to take an early-stage marketing foundation and scale it into a high-output, repeatable growth system. - You're equally comfortable instrumenting a funnel as writing a high‑conversion brief — you've shipped real things in both modes. - Strong systems instinct: you design processes, taxonomies, and operating cadences that other people can actually use. - You influence without authority, move fast with incomplete information, and maintain high standards while doing it. - A bias toward building: when something doesn't exist, you make it. Nice to Have - Built ABM motions in close partnership with Enterprise and Mid‑Market Sales. - Run product‑led and sales‑led motions in parallel. - Worked with data science on incrementality testing or advanced attribution. - Scaled a performance creative system across channels — briefing, asset libraries, structured testing. Please be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @commure.com http://commure.com. Any emails from other domains are not affiliated with our organization. Employees will act in accordance with the organization’s information security policies, to include but not limited to protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference nor execute particular security processes or activities. Employees will report to the information security office any confirmed or potential events or other risks to the organization. Employees will be required to attest to these requirements upon hire and on an annual basis.

AI Project Manager (Growth Marketing)

Company Description At Docplanner Group, we’re on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. As the world’s largest healthcare platform, each month, we connect 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries (through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda). Our marketplaces, SaaS and AI tools simplify daily tasks and help doctors, clinics and hospitals work more efficiently, so they can focus on what really matters: caring for their patients. Learn more about our products here: pro.doctoralia.es Why join us? 📊 Real impact – We help doctors help patients. Your work truly makes a difference. 📈 At scale, yet agile – 3,000+ employees, but still fast, flexible, and hands-on. ✨ Shape the future, sustain growth – Make a difference now and build for long-term success. About the team Growth Marketing B2B brings doctors and clinics to Docplanner and turns them into customers. We own the B2B funnel across all our markets: lead generation, MQL quality and reachability, and the hand-off to Sales. We believe AI will change how B2B marketing works, and we want to lead that change, not follow it. That means testing new AI tools, agents and automations fast, keeping what moves the funnel, and turning it into the standard way every marketing team at Docplanner works. We work the way Docplanner works: results over tasks, lean and hands-on, learning by doing. Job Description As AI Project Manager in Growth Marketing B2B, you find, test and launch the AI tools and solutions that make our whole marketing team faster and more effective . You own each project end to end: from the first idea or use case to a setup that markets run on their own and that shows up in the business numbers. You are accountable for the outcome, not for tracking tasks. A project is done when it is adopted and delivers results at scale, not when the tool goes live. No two projects are the same. One week you're piloting an AI calling bot with two markets; the next you're building an agent that automates campaign reporting, or rolling out a new AI workflow to every marketer. You know the AI landscape well enough to pick the right tool for the problem, you're hands-on enough to set it up yourself, and you're honest enough to stop what doesn't work. How will you make an impact? You will run a portfolio of AI experiments, rollouts and internal enablement projects where marketing, sales and automation meet. Examples: • Conversational WhatsApp bot. Test new use cases, find the ones that bring business results, and turn them into a standard setup every market can launch and run on its own. • MQL reachability with AI. Pilot the WhatsApp bot and an AI calling bot to contact more leads, faster. Prove the impact on contact rate and pipeline, then scale what works. • AI agents and automations for marketers. Automate repetitive work such as campaign reporting, lead enrichment and content localisation with agents and no-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier). • AI tool scouting and adoption. Evaluate new AI tools for the marketing team, run the business case and security review with IT, and roll out the winners with training and clear guidelines. Every project follows the same path: use case → hypothesis → pilot → measured result → playbook and setup for markets → adoption. Responsibilities • Own the outcome. Set the goal, KPIs, plan, budget and timeline for each AI project, and answer for the result. • Find the right problems for AI. Spot where marketers lose time or where the funnel leaks, and turn those into AI use cases with a clear business case. • Test before you scale. Turn use cases into hypotheses with success criteria, run pilots with local teams, and decide on data whether to scale, iterate or stop. • Build hands-on. Configure tools, write and test prompts, build agents and automations, and connect them to our stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, WhatsApp). Unblock issues yourself and escalate early when you can't. • Choose tools wisely. Scout and compare AI vendors, run the evaluation with IT, Legal and Security (data privacy, GDPR), and negotiate what we need. • Make it work for markets. Build the playbooks, prompt libraries, training and handover that let every market adopt proven solutions on their own. • Raise the AI level of the whole team. Share what works, run demos and enablement sessions, and help marketers use AI in their daily work. • Report in business terms. Share results (MQLs, contact rate, meetings booked, conversion, hours saved) and what we learned, so the next project goes faster. Qualifications What will help you thrive? • 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing operations or a similar commercial area, with at least 1 year focused on AI or automation projects. • AI projects you owned that delivered measurable results, and you know the numbers. • Deep, daily, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to research, analyse, write and automate, and you can show us how. • Experience building AI agents or automations yourself with no-code or low-code tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier), including APIs and webhooks. • A solid grasp of how LLMs work: prompting, their limits and risks (hallucinations, data privacy), and how to evaluate output quality. • Strong analytical skills: you set KPIs, read data and make decisions from it. • Experience running pilots and scaling them across teams, markets or regions. • You act without waiting for instructions and bring structure where there isn't any. • You challenge assumptions, including the hype: you know when AI is the answer and when it isn't. • You work well with many stakeholders, including senior ones, and get things done without formal authority. • Fluent English. What we offer • Real ownership: AI projects that are yours, with visible impact on how marketing works across all our markets. • New technology first: work with conversational AI, agents and automation before they become standard, with the budget to test them. • A small, fast team that values results over process and learning over being right. • Direct exposure to marketing, sales and commercial leadership. What to Expect from Our Hiring Process We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role): 1️⃣ Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Partner to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation. 2️⃣Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper conversation about your background, aspirations, and experience with Joanna Zukowska and your potential manager in this role . Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too. 3️⃣Business Case – A take-home exercise incl. a few days' preparation time, designed to understand how you approach real-life problems. You’ll then walk us through your approach in a collaborative discussion with the hiring manager and the team to discuss your thoughts and findings. 4️⃣ Additional/ Final Interview (Optional) – A final conversation with another stakeholder or peer from our Global Team. 5️⃣ References & Offer! Why You’ll Love It Here 💙 Global Benefits – No matter where you are, you’ll have access to: • Healthcare insurance – so you can focus on what matters. • Wellness that works for you – from gym memberships to mental health support, we’ve got you covered. • Time off that counts – whether it’s a vacation, your birthday, or just a day to recharge, we believe in balance. 📍 Local Perks – Depending on your location, you will be entitled to local benefits like meal vouchers (ticket restaurant), transport allowances, or extended parental leave. 🚀 Career Growth – We’re growing, and so can you! You’ll find lots of chances to learn, develop, and explore new paths—whether within your team or through cross-functional projects. 🌎 A Truly Global Team – Work with talented people from all over the world in a diverse and inclusive environment. ⏳ Flexibility That Works for You – Remote work and flexible hours aren’t just buzzwords here. While the extent of flexibility depends on your role and team, we value results over rigid schedules. Prefer an office setting? You're welcome at any of our hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome or Bologna. Please note: At this time, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position. To apply, you must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role. What We Believe In At Docplanner, our values guide everything we do: 📊 Focus on results – we're here to make an impact. 🧠 Think like an owner – take responsibility, drive outcomes. ✂️ Keep it simple, keep it lean – smart solutions over complexity. 🔊 Be respectful and radically honest – openness builds trust. 📚 Learn and be curious – growth is part of the job. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional digital marketing programs are built in B2B SaaS. The role spans tactics through hands-on execution, shaping and building the growth approach for EMEA and APJ rather than running a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role, reporting to the Director, International Marketing. You'll take ownership of the regional digital strategy and execution in close collaboration with the global Marketing teams. Responsibilities: • Drive regional new-logo pipeline growth through digital and paid channels in EMEA and APJ. • Partner with the global team on paid and digital campaign execution (SEM, paid social, and paid ABM), helping set regional strategy from planning through execution, optimisation and reporting. • Drive the digital ABM motion for the region, turning Sales input into actual targeted, paid campaigns. • Adapt global campaigns for regional messaging, rather than deploying generic global assets. • Build and own region-native digital content, platform launches, and offerings, doubling down on successful programmes. • Surface and mitigate region-specific risks, helping ensure efficient media spend. • Own digital pipeline reporting and ROI for the regions, tracking leads, conversion, and spend against campaigns, and reporting results back to leadership. • Partner closely with EMEA and APJ Sales and SDR teams to align digital campaigns with account priorities and pipeline targets. • Operate independently: define approach, channel mix, regional tools or platforms, and budget requests in line with regional Sales needs and the wider marketing strategy. Qualifications: • 8+ years' experience in a digital/growth marketing role with a focus on ABM, paid digital, and demand generation for B2B SaaS in EMEA and APJ. • Track record owning digital pipeline growth end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget, and reporting, with close interaction with Sales. • Direct experience running paid social, SEM, and ABM programmes in regions, with clear attribution back to pipeline and revenue. • Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and ABM/paid tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar). • Experience adapting global campaigns for regional markets: localisation, messaging adaptation, regional content, as well as creating their own regional campaigns. • Experience working across EMEA and APJ; an additional language is a plus. • Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across international markets. • Confident self-starter and communicator with a positive, hands-on and can-do attitude; comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes autonomously.
