We're looking for enthusiastic Bar Backs who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to build a career in hospitality. Working alongside our bar team, you'll help create exceptional experiences for members and guests while learning the foundations of world-class bar service.

What you'll do

• Support bartenders by preparing mise en place and keeping the bar fully stocked

• Polish glassware and maintain high presentation standards throughout service

• Assist with opening, closing, and general bar operations

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment

• Support private events and other operational areas when required

Your schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available

• Minimum availability of 3-4 days per week

• A mix of evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts

• Flexibility during busy periods and special events

What we're looking for

• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential

• Positive attitude and genuine interest in food, beverage, and hospitality

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Reliable, professional, positive, and enthusiastic

• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment

• Right to work in the Netherlands
